I order through mobile app & then go pick up food through the drive thru. Even when the line seems long, it more pretty quickly. Workers are able to pull up my order quickly and its right when I get it.
EDIT: Chick-fil-A always makes it right. The food is always incredible, and the customer service is always excellent. I had an issue with my order after a minor misunderstanding and they made everything right. My original review was meant to be humorous.

The drive thru is an experience all its own. Buckle up for a 20-30 minute trek. Food is great as usual. Hopefully the new lot layout will help the flow soon.

Lines are a nightmare in the afternoon/evening. Going early is a must. They need to have their own standalone corner because being in the small a** afton ridge plaza isn’t cutting it.
