We ordered. Then we sat for about 5 minutes for the car in front of us to move. The driver seemed to have already received their order. When we paid and we were given our order the person at the window turned away from us immediately. My husband said thank you, then I said thank you. No response was able to be heard. Maybe that is why the previous person sat for so long, just waiting for a thank you or have a nice day. ?

The HS student working the register was a nice young man. He said he is in Track and other sports and made me extremely proud of him. He is setting a good example to the longer generation. I am sure my 6 year old learned a few things from our conversation.

The staff this morning (May 1st 2023 @ 7:45am) killed it. They worked so hard and efficiently. They handled the morning rush very well. I believe the one taking orders at the counter is Tyree according to my receipt. And I just can't say enough good things about him. He had great customer service and multitaskedg very well helping customers and his employees.

I left this Dunkin VERY happy so I was extremely shocked to see bad reviews. The workers were all SO kind and got my order out promptly. They had a deaf employee. Another employee (who I assumed to be the manager, very nice guy!) was putting forth effort to learn sign language to communicate orders to him. Very very nice workers.

I have a very busy day ahead of me but I had to stop and write a review. This may have been the best customer experience than I have had since Covid started. There were at least three employees that were so kind to me in the drive-through line, and they went out of their way to make sure that I got what I wanted. I have never experienced better customer service at a Dunkin before. The management team should be very proud of the employees at this location!

Amazing Location. We live close to this location so we are always walking our dog by. All of the employees have been great, but this one name Rich I feel always takes extra special care of us. He remembers exactly the drink I prefer. He knows I am usually have my dog outside waiting for me. He always go the extra mile for us. Thank you Rich and Staff for all you do for us!

The staff is always friendly, and the location is clean. I feel quite safe frequenting this location as there is always a cop either at this establishment, or at the QuikTrip directly across the street. I would caution anyone turning left into Sandy Porter from South Tryon Street when in a rush for a caffeine fix as this intersection is renowned for people making the brash decision of turning in front of oncoming traffic.
