I asked these fools for taco salad with crispy chicken then the cashier corrected me and said, "you mean southern style," then when I get home its grilled chicken and salad nothing else. I put my own cheese in it, so they can't take credit for that

I went to the Wendy's on sugar creek to order my child a salad. He has a food allergy,where he can't eat chicken beef and a milk allergy. I asked for a Cesar salad no chicken.. was denied and told there salads premade. So then I had leave after getting my other children's food. So then had to go to

Food was horrible. While waiting in drive through there was multiple homeless people shooting heroin right next to us. Legit watched the guy tie up and insert needle. Would never go back to this Wendy's. Burger tasted horrible. Took 25 mins to get through drive thru. More time to watch drug addicts

I’ve never been to a place where EVERYONE took a break at the SAME time. I pull in at 8:10PM trying to get a frosty and the employee went ahead and told us that they were on their 15 minute break so they were going to take our order after. They were all outside hanging around. I don’t even know why

I'm not sure why this location is still open. They will shut down at 8pm and stand outside fon the phone food order is always wrong. They just don't care here. Pass this location quick.

Every thing was fresh and made correct. Drive thru lady was very sweet and even gave my strawberry lemonade a surprise splash

ordered a baconater and there was hardly any bacon. the lemonade tasted like toes. just awful. if i hadn’t already eaten i would want a full refund. atrocious. i wish i could give -5 stars
