Wendy's

I went to the Wendy's on sugar creek to order my child a salad. He has a food allergy,where he can't eat chicken beef and a milk allergy. I asked for a Cesar salad no chicken.. was denied and told there salads premade. So then I had leave after getting my other children's food. So then had to go to different food place for him to eat. Being a former employee for Wendy's (Carolina restaurant group). We never denied a customer to accommodate them for food allergies. We always made sure there orders were correct ..If I would've went there another night,and the male manager would've been there and he cares about his customers... He would've accommodated I would've had to pull ahead but was told straight no... Highly disappointed in services and experience.... If Mrs. Sylvia was still there my experience would've been better.

I’ve never been to a place where EVERYONE took a break at the SAME time. I pull in at 8:10PM trying to get a frosty and the employee went ahead and told us that they were on their 15 minute break so they were going to take our order after. They were all outside hanging around. I don’t even know why I came to this ghetto wendys. 🤦🏻‍♂️

The location is one of the worst in my opinion. 1 way in. 1 way out and right turn only. Also the app did not pick up our order. On top of that the staff was a bit frustrated with me waiting on our order that never showed up but paid for. Even though it was paid for, I had to repay for the order and cancel it through the bank. No more Wendy's app use for this family! The food wasn't the freshest but it was digestible.
