This is by far the best Jimmy Johns I've had, up and down, the East Coast. Their customer service is stellar - they always know my sandwich and sometimes if I'm stuck on a work call or with my dog in the car, they will see me pull up and bring out my sandwich if they aren't busy. Visiting this store has become part of my weekly routine - thanks to everyone at this location who make my visits pleasant! :)
Ok, so when you're on a diet and can't eat anything everywhere you go, it's good to know that Jimmy Johns makes alllll their sandwiches as a lettuce wrap! Maybe I'm late to the party, but I had no idea and was just hoping to grab something low carb or a sandwich without the bread. The girl at the counter was super sweet and helpful and told me they can do anything in a lettuce wrap, woot! If you're a keto dieter, the Slim #6 add Bacon in a lettuce wrap is EPIC.
Jimmy John's has good food and friendly staff. They pride themselves on being "freaky fast", and they are - but that's not always a good thing when you need to ask them to make certain changes to your sandwich. There have been several occasions where the sandwich was wrapped and ready to go *before* I had finished ordering it. Again, great in most circumstances, but, not everyone wants the same sandwich. That's really the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Everything else is great.
We recently had to place a huge order (45+ Boxed Lunches!) for a corporate event. This location's manager, Christian, called me several times before the event to ensure my order was correct and everything was as we needed. Not only that, but they made special accommodations to ensure that we received our order in plenty of time to serve our guests as the store opens at 11 am, and our event started at 11:30! Phenomenal customer service - and definitely going above and beyond. We'll be coming back to place future order - for sure.
If you like Jimmy John's, this is a solid location for the franchise. I probably eat here once a week, and they never fail to have good service, and get you in and out very fast.
I ordered my sandwich....swiped my card...got a drink cup...picked up a cookie...placed a napkin in the bag...and my sandwich was ready. Wow this place is fast. They also deliver...online ordering is great. JJ's is also good for meetings and large group orders. The menu is limited that is why they are so fast. If you are picky...go somewhere else.
