I will say and have to give this store a 5 star review namely due to the cashier/customer service. She looked like she was slammed and the only one at the store but guess what? She held her composure and made a great smoothie. Everytime I went back the smoothie was ready and this location is slightly further but I rather go to this one than the one on East Blvd actually.
Always awesome smoothie. Today, the lady that helped me was pretty devoid of personality. No smile, no welcome.
I understand that every day may not seem like a good day, but in a face to face business, making a customer comfortable, makes all the difference. That is the part that brings a customer back.
Tucked away. I had to circle around a bit to find it. The store was clean and service was OK. There are plenty of menu options to choose - a smoothie can be quite pricey - but coupons are always floating around put there. There is a small retail section with supplements and edible items- but there is no seating, so it's a drop in and leave. The sign says that there is a $5 special on FRIDAYS so I guess that's a good time to try other blends.
I have been going to smoothie king for over 5 years. I love it. The Angel Food is the best!!! They can get a little busy, but their service is still great. I would recommend Smoothie King to anyone.
This place is great. Rarely a line, and if there is, they are pretty quick. I'm always the difficult customer with a crazy special order, and they have never once batted an eye or given me flak. Smoothies taste great!
My always favorite is the Lean 1 chocolate, everyday-all day. I'm excited that the $5 Fridays is back! Be sure to use your smoothie king rewards via app. The staff here is always friendly!
My smoothie was fine but the customer service was not great. Very rude.
Very customer service oriented people and every time I go in there I'm able to get exactly what I need and get out just as quickly as I got in very professional and I like going to this smoothie King not to mention this location is always so clean .😁

Always greeted with a friendly face...however there should be more than 1 person working on Fridays when you have your special.
