Whew!!! The beans and rice were KILLER!!!! I had the spinach empanada - made from scratch and heated in an oven right in front of your face rather than deep fried. It was delicious. I could have eaten 15 of them!!!! The crust was perfect, not too thick or heavy, just enough to hold the contents and

Love Potbellies. I’m from Chicago so having one in Charlotte was very very good news to hear. The food is pretty darn good and the service is excellent too. I recommend getting the meatball sandwich with extra sauce. You will not regret it.

the empanada are always incredible. i normally go for the pepperoni pizza or street beef but there’s a huge menu. banana and chocolate empanadas for your sweet tooth 🤤
