Food, ok the Service could be much better if the employees paid more attention to what they are doing, meaning Putting all the proper ingredients on the sandwiches that they make and put them together.
A little better they look sloppy.

I go here for their amazing milkshakes! They are super super thick and delicious! The food is also good. Fresh made hamburgers and fries. 🙂

It was a good experience mostly. I supposed I challenged them with asking for the order to be done a certain way (but it shouldn't have been to difficult). They did what they could. I was satisfied with my order. They lady at the counter seemed stressed out though, but she was really trying.

The sanitation grade is excellent which is very important to us. The food was very good but, with drive-thru only, it was hard to absorb all of the options without holding up the line. The traffic pattern is confusing if you’ve never been there before.

Quality cheap eats. All take out. Grilled chicken sandwich was huge! Cole slaw tasty. Fries tasty and not as spicy as advertised. Many flavors of milk shakes, the 2 we tasted were excellent. Friendly staff.

Finally someone in the kitchen knew how to properly portion the cheese bites! Also they put a foil under the food instead of throwing straight to the Styrofoam which makes the Styrofoam melt and have holes in them, you bring home food with holed containers, makes it hard to eat. Whoever is in the kitchen on Wednesday midnight to 1am Thursday... knew what they're doing. Hopefully all other shifts/nights/days will do the same. Cause all other nights we go here, Cheese bites they give are like scraps and mostly breading not really much cheese in it and the Styrofoam always have holes in them. So, kudos to whatever shift/team was on tonight's kitchen. 🫡🙌👏

Considering the menu, Cook-out has something for anyone looking for cheap fast food. Their shakes are the best around, IF the employee makes it the way you order it. There are a vast assortment of things to mix in and you can add as many as you'd like. This is by far their best offering!
