Great choices and the tea is extremely flavorful. Loved trying the bubbles with the tea. Good service overall, I would definitely go back.

There are so many choices and it is easy to customize everything even the amount of sugar that is used in each concoction! The problem with so many choices is actually choosing! It was a little hot and noisy so we took our teas over to the pond area and enjoyed them in lovely surroundings.

I needed something refreshing and they delivered... Olivia helped me out, she was great. I told her what I was looking for and she suggested the passion fruit green and she was on point. Thanks Olivia!!! ***RECOMMENDED***

Honey oolong tea, just right amount of sweet and just right amount of tea, I love how I can always trust Kung fu! Service was great also 💖! Kung fu tea in Arboretum.

I really love the place vibe, they have a lot of different flavors and sizes, very good timing to prepare the teas, they have a special machine to close the beverage which added an extra seal of security which for me seems to be reasonable for the covid health issues.

Had this in New York City. loved it and love it here. Not to be missed. The boboa melts in your mouth, that how you know it’s good quality. Don’t be fooled by the imitation. Taste same like the ones I had in Singapore and Malaysia

Decent selection of customizable (toppings, ice, and sugar) hot and cold tea-based drinks. The boba is small, but good texture, especially in the hot drinks. They did not have any fresh ingredients when I went, just the usual milk-based flavored powders. Pricing for M, L, and hot is about what you'd expect in the area for specialty drinks (like going to Starbucks). Toppings are extra at $0.50 or $0.75 each. My hot taro green tea with boba came out to about $5 after tax. There's limited stools for seating. It's not a place for hanging out.

Boba tasted terrible. Honestly gross stinky slimy. I almost threw up… but the tall handsome Arab worker. He… he was stunning. When I saw to him I was star struck. His pure silhouette was enough to leave me speechless. His incredibly handsome stature and chiseled features had me blushing. I feel the urge to go back and hope to see his breathtaking face. There wasn’t room for the drink because my stomach was filled with butterflies. Anyways, atmosphere was alright I guess.

The white grape punch wasn't for me. I would probably order something else next time. The service was good.

I've been to this shopping center several times & never knew about this location until now. I stopped by last night (11-8-21) to get a drink as a snack. I had no idea what I was going to order. The young man at the register not only greeted me & was pleasant, but he gave me a suggestion that didn't include a lot of sugar, which is what I was looking for. He suggested the lychee punch w/crystal bubble. It was right on point & hit the spot! Looking forward to going back & trying a different flavor.

Incredible first experience. A friend recommended me this location to try Boba tea, I had no idea what to order, but the employees were super courteous and very helpful. I'm really enjoying the tea so far and I would definitely recommend others to go here if they want to try Boba! (Also, they had very good protocol in place to ensure social distancing and food safety)

Delicious bubble tea. One of the first official bubble tea cafes to pop up in charlotte. There are more but their bubbles aren't cooked as al dente as theae bubbles. One time i had it it was slightly undercooked but usually they do a good job. Service is quick and the staff look to be busy. Always a line here.
