Chipotle Mexican Grill

Although chipotle is a large and recognizable brand, generally what separates when location from the other is staff. Each time I have gone to this location I have found the staff to be enthusiastic, very friendly and very professional. Nothing seems to be a burden for them, and they greet all their customers with a smile. They obviously hire the right, young men and women, and give them the training That allows them to be superior very impressed

I came here around 5:15pm on a Thursday afternoon and the food was fresh and delicious. The two ladies preparing my tacos made sure they were neat and well filled, and the man who checked me out, Enzo, took the extra time to wrap them up appropriately. It was such a quick stop but a better experience than I’ve had at most places lately. Would’ve given them a bigger tip if I had more cash <3

The last time I ate at a chipotle (not this location), i was missing over $20 worth of food from my order, and the support system kept spitting out errors so I could never get the issue rectified- so chipotle has plummeted to the bottom of my list of places to consider. Yesterday, out of a necessity to get food in my belly before my movie started, I found myself at this chipotle and I'm glad I did. I had my heart set on black beans, but they had JUST ran out, so I asked for extra protein to fill the gap. The employee clearly understood my thought process and added extra chicken until the burrito was appropriately filled out. It was a small thing, but recently chipotle as a brand seems to have stopped caring about the small things, so this made me happy. Still doesn't come close to making up for the missing food I've had in the past, but it's a step in the right direction

Made a quick stop in the area and chipotle is always a place we enjoy eating at, nice and clean, the aesthetic of the inside was very nice, our order was fast and employees were helpful as well, ordered our usual vegetarian bowl, our chips were stale but cheerfully exchanged for a new bag, the sweet tea was not good, there was a storm outside and you’re not allowed to eat anywhere inside so that wasn’t convenient, other then that good food
