Another HUGE win!!! The Horseradish Roast Beef with cheddar cheese, carmilized onions on a grilled ciabatta.. and the potato soup, incredibly delicious!!! Sydney and Ally, you ladies are the best! I always enjoy your recommendations! Plus a shout out to the kitchen staff, my order is always hot and fresh. Great job, McAlister's Deli at the Arboretum!!!
This location no longer has the Augus burger or swt potato fries. What a disappointment.
The women who operate this place do a phenomenal job. Exceptional. Despite the fact that they may seem understaffed, they still manage to keep the place clean and offer great customer service- not to mention there jalapeño turkey sandwich is amazing. Keep it up and i hope that they are being recognized for there hard work. This place wouldn't operate any better without them. That's why i continue coming back.
Quick service and great food on this particular visit. I was impressed that the wait staff came out several times to see if there s anything we needed. A very nice experience!

I came in right at closing by accident because I ordered over the phone and apparently it was a call-center that took my order, they told me that this location closed at 10. I came in, and apparently they close at 9! But Maria, she was a rockstar! The rest of the stuff was very nice and accommodating. Being that I work in customer service, I understand how frustrating it is when customers come in last minute when you’re trying to close down and leave after a long day. But Maria was very nice and said stop worrying about it we pay her check! LOL though she is right, usually you’re met with disgusted looks and attitude when this happens. Very nice people! You can tell this place is managed very well.
I like Mcalister's ... good food and a very nice atmosphere. Plus ... you can dine in.
I had the chef's salad and it was quite tasty ... and the portions were quite generous.

Everyone couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating! The food is fresh and delicious . My friends and I come every week and have never been disappointed. Kudos to this restaurant and staff👍
