I went to this particular McDonald's on Thanksgiving morning. I was grateful that they were open. They have a special on the breakfast sandwiches (2 for 4.89). The 2 ladies that were working the drive thru that morning was so cheerful and had excellent customer service. Some people would have an attitude for working on a holiday. Also sandwiches were made hot and fresh.

I usually have to go inside to do anything with the mcdonalds app. Chances are, if you order ahead, it will not be ready when you are ready to pick it up. If you go inside or order immediately at drive through you should be okay. Service is hit or miss, but lately they have been pleasant for the most part.

Having done time at a McDonald's before I have to say this store does it right. My order is always fresh and accurate while the crew is very pleasant to deal with. Wait times tend to be longer because I work nights so that's when I visit, but I they do their job well and with a smile. The food is standard McDonald's fare, but always fresh, which makes it stand out from others I've dined at.

The Manager came over immediately to help at the Kiosk. She was so nice & helpful. It appeared the store had recently been remodeled. It was very neat & clean. Best McDonald's we have been to in years. We are from Bluffton, SC & stopped while travelling North.

Only thing I am not liking is when you go into some locals that have the kiosk to do your own orders. 1st I had to start working for Walmart by doing the self check out now I've got to work for McDonald's by taking my own order.

Myesha made our visit very pleasant. She has great customer service and communication skills. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Even when they were closing up the lobby we had no idea they were closing the lobby because we were not rushed. We left anyways to be respectful. Honestly she has exhibited the best customer service as an McDonald employee I have seen thus far. Great work guys keep it positive and keep it flowing. Like they say "I'm lovin it." I had to do it. Have a great day.

I've been to McDonald's all over the United States & in several countries. This is no exaggeration that this particular one served me the freshest most presentable sausage egg mcmuffin I've ever had in my entire 55 years & did it while each staff member at all 3 windows called me love or lovely along the way!
