Had the best service here on Christmas Eve and the food was tasty and hot!

First time being back since the renovation. And I was perplexed at first, but soon began to like the AI experience at the drive thru.

Now that this location has been totally remodeled we finally got to visit it but the automated drive through AI was awkward. The feeling went away as soon as I went to the window to make my payment and again pulling up to receive my food! Thanks y'all!

A Four star on the Fast Food Scale. Being from Washington, we don't get these.. which is sad! Simple, yet delicious sandwich, I fully believe it's way better than Chick-fil-A. Juicy/flavorful chicken and just overall a nice sandwich. Definitely wished I could have tried more. But, until next time visiting the East Coast won't be able to. Good service- nothing really above and beyond standard fast food help.

Brand new facility. Best customer service ever at a Bojangles.

Eat here often since it's across from work. Every time I go in, it's all smiles and the store is clean and the food is fresh.

Quick service through the drive through even though they were very busy. One of our sandwiches was wrong (bacon instead of ham) but everything else was great
