This is a consistently a great DD. Service is above average and the drive thru staff is always cheerful and so courteous. And the coffee is always fresh, hot and tastes spot on the way its supposed to taste.

Definitely my favorite DD in the Charlotte are and by far the best customer service I’ve experienced at the various locations I have visited. Staff go out of there way to offer customers 110% Thank you for your kindness and exceptional service it doesn’t go unnoticed!

I just started coming to this one, on Graham St. I was going to the one on Beatties Ford and Sunset. Graham St drive thu is fast, the employee's are much nicer than the one on beatties ford. On Graham St, my food and coffee is still hot by the time I get to work. And, most important every morning its the same employees, which means less turnover, less turnover means good management. This is my observation, at this Dunkin.

Every time I go there, the staff is pleasant. They move people through the line timely. They make the food or drinks the way you request them. This is the only DD that I enjoy going to in the Charlotte area.

We just got breakfast from this location. The drive thru attendant Whitney was very friendly. The food and drinks were fresh and delicious. They even had a lil joke written in the window to make the overall experience a delight.

Service is usually good. The food is good and the smoothies and munchkins. That's all I have ever had from there. The wait times in drive thru came be kinda long at times
