This was by far the best african food i have had. I read the reviews before going and to be honest i think they are wrong. This is the true african culture coming to life on your plate. The jollof rice, chicken and plantains were amazing. So much flavor. Cooked with true culture. The only thing i ca

So, I’ve never tried African food before. I walk in like the big, fat, dummy that I am and said, “I’ve never had this before, what do you suggest?” The lady behind the counter was helpful and had a great energy about her. Very friendly. She asked me if i liked spice and I said yes. She let me try th

As a first generation Nigerian kid who doesn't get to go home very often to have my mom's home cooked meals, I absolutely loved loved the food here! I had the jollof rice, moi moi, beef and tripe and it was perfectly cooked. For everyone wondering about the friendliness of the service, since I've se
We were there at lunchtime. We had never eaten African food before. We were not sure what to order. Took us a while to figure out what we wanted. The woman behnd the counter was a bit standoffish at first, but warmed up to us. I believe English is her second language. We settled on the soup wi
Absolutely LOVED this place!❤Great food cooked from scratch! I was so full that I couldn't finish what I had so I took it home! It's crazy to say though, I was full but I still felt light. The herbs and spices that they use in the food and juice had me feeling really good (coconut and ginger juice)!
I liked it. Never eaten west African food before. It is based on rice dishes from what I could see. You add different "stews" or "soups" to the rice. The service was good. It's cafeteria style where you chose as you look at whats on display. About $15 per head
