Firehouse Subs is right on par with Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy John’s subs/submarines, heroes or hoagies (same thing described differently depending on what part of the country you’re from: all are historically derived from WWII military references: submarines, heroes and Philadephia hog island hoagies were consumed by soldiers).
Other than their clever celebrity-driven marketing campaigns, Subway doesn’t even come close to Firehouse or any of these other companies.

I have been eating lunch here once a week for about 6 months now. The staff is fantastic and the food delicious but there is definitely a need for more employees behind the counter. I would say 75% of my lunch visits could use another 2 employees to shorten the waits! This place is definitely making $, clean, and stocked. The number of staff can't keep up with the volume of business.

I came in to get a Sub. It was clean and quiet. The young man that checked me out on 2/23 made me feel Welcome. Alexis seems to be the kind, shy and quiet type. She carefully put my meal together and I am loving the whole experience.

This was my first time at this location. The customer service was good. The sandwiches were good however, the order was slightly off (it would be great if you could tell them what you wanted while they are making the sandwiches, to be more accurate) and the wait was super long for an empty restaurant.

As a first timer, the food was good. Menu had a lot but I choose one on the board rather than custom made (should had done custom). Staff was friendly and got a free drink for doing survey. Overall, a good experience here.

At lunch time, it was a little chaotic in the store, but the staff was both pleasant and efficient (quick). The Italian sandwich was excellent (as always). The drink machine ran out of Dr. Pepper, but the team quickly restocked the machine so that I was able to fill my cup by the time my sandwich was ready. Also, appreciate the ability to donate to the charity.

Typical firehouse. Good, hot subs. Kind of hard to see/find this location but it’s there! 😁 It has an entrance on both the front and back sides. Much more parking in the backside FYI.
