I was eager to give a shout-out to this Dunkin'! We have been dealing with challenging attitudes and service in Mooresville and I sat in this Dunkin' for about 2 hours and was pleased to see and hear cooperation and good attitudes. It was a delight to see this going on in downtown Charlotte! 👍😎

I love this place. Came here multiple times a week for months while I lived in uptown not even a minute away! As you can see, the Strawberry Dragonfruit strawberry refresher was my favorite and the popping bubbles were amazing until they got rid of them.💔

Fantastic location with excellent coffee! Grab your drink, then take a stroll along the trail and admire the inspiring Julius Chambers statue. A perfect combination of caffeine and culture!

Dunkin' Donuts is cheaper than KK and I prefer the taste of their donuts. The customer service was great and the people are friendly and the store is very clean.

Staff was very friendly when explaining what a Mangonada was. I gave it a shot. Not my favorite drink, but that's just my taste buds. Once at the window I got a smile. I asked if the matcha latte was good. She was honest and said she didnt really favor it but that it was good with blueberry flavor in it. I left and immediately went back to try the blueberry matcha latte. I'm not a big matcha fan but it was actually really good with a little extra sweetener! I've found my new drink!!

Pretty consistent service however they recently hired some new employees on the afternoon shift. I think they sometimes forget there are customers in the place and there’s a lot of horse play and cursing going on. They are teenagers so I guess it’s to be expected. I definitely want people to have fun doing their jobs but something for management to be aware of.
