When I wanted to tip Erika she said, Sorry, "We can't take tips." You're coming back is enough. Great service. I loved the strawberry, apple and blue cheese salad. It's fabulous.
Love Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A is always great people are really nice. But I don't know what y'all are doing to the breading to the chicken but it needs to go back to whatever it originally was. Iv noticed this at a few Chick-fil-As and will start posting when I notice. Spicy chicken sandwich 🥪
Food is always good. The prices are just crazy high right now. Probably will not be coming back till things get better.

We had one of the friendliest employees at the drive-through I have ever met at a fast food restaurant, great guy! Our order was fresh and correct and everything was fast even tho they were very busy.

Service has improved with the staff seemingly stable now. Orders are correct. My 2x a week visit has been great with friendly faces and great service. It took some time, but this place has gotten back to the amazing customer experience Chick-fil-A is known for.

I come here quite often. This last time I ordered the grilled deluxe with no cheese or tomato add bacon. I received a fried deluxe with cheese and tomato no bacon. My salad was supposed to have grilled chicken instead fried was received. The nugget meal was fine. We didn't eat right away and I didn't feel like taking the hassle to drive back and exchange the food. I called but the line rang a few times and it seems like someone purposely hung up on me. I don't know what happened I'm hoping this was just a one time occurrence. Lucky for me I could take the chicken out of my salad and the hubby ate the fried food.
I came to this location yesterday and let me tell you, this will be my new go-to chick fil a! #1 I have to point out Josh in the drive-thru! Serving looks with an AMAZING personality to go with it. I even spoke to the manager in regards to him. #2 I was in and out of that line SO quick. #3 This location is actually closer to me then the one on Rea Rd. The food was top tier as always!
I would like to point out the level of service that I received. THIS is why I will for SURE return.
Spacious but crowded always crowded inside and outside. Prepare to wait a few minutes but they are pretty fast and organized with the orders. I got the #2 Spicy Chicken Deluxe with fries and a side Parfait. [Never fails]. The regular Chicken Sandwich is good as well. Gotta love the fries with a little polynesian sauce-woo! The Sweat tea was lackluster but the Coke had some kick to it; crisp. Condiments were well organized and conveniently located. Waiters and waitresses are constantly cleaning, refilling drinks, and offering to help. I like the fact that they hire older/retirees to mix with the younger frontline staff. Clean. Electric and smart trashcans to help with spills and overflow. Only flaw is they close on Sunday but, I get it. The day of rest! No pics of food, I was hungry... haha
