The order taker Emiliano was really nice and made sure my order was rung up correctly. This location tends to be on the slower end but their Spicy Chicken Sandwich is worth the wait. It’s Sad that corporate removed the spicy strips for the regular strips. Regular strips are tasteless and have no signature flavor
I’m a happy regular costumer!
The customer service and food is A1 no doubt about it. The location however does not support the demand. The space is small and makes the drive thru line go out into the street. I only come here because I work close by. You also have to go through the drive thru to park for inside service. Handicapped parking is also blocked by drive thru.
The food was hot, friendly people, fast service!
Had to place a last minute order for our office of 60 employees last week after another restaurant canceled on us unexpectedly. The manager at this location handled my request with such kindness and grace. Even during peak lunch hours he was able to accommodate our group and the customer service was top notch. Well done! I am so appreciative of his help.
Best drive-through service ever. Ordering from the app makes things go smoother. Best tasting chicken and sides, and even the kale salad is awesome.
I know most chic-fil-a’s service is pretty good. But at this one in particular the managers seem like they genuinely care. Food always fresh too.
Elvis helped me with my order when it was busy and my order was wrong. He was very nice and a great help. I hope Elvis is there every time I go.
I want to take a moment to praise Boyce at the Chic-fil-A on Randolph Rd. in Charlotte, NC.
This location's drive-thru is always packed, often with a line extending onto the main road. This afternoon after work, I was one of those cars whose drive-thru experience started far away from where I'd eventually order. Once I did get around to give my order, I reached for my wallet only to realize I'd forgotten it at work. Flustered, I explained the situation to Boyce. I told him that it was my error and that it wasn't a big deal, to pass me by, that I'd wait through the line to leave.
It was immediately apparent that wasn't an option.
That's because Boyce wears his compassion on his sleeve. The amount of empathy he showed for my situation was moving. He assured me it wasn't a big deal, asked for my order, and though Chic-fil-A's service is always fantastic, he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable AND getting what I wanted. Though I work in Client Experience -- a field where we strive to design this sort of connection with our customers -- I've never had an experience that that genuine and memorable.
I asked Boyce if he was working the following day so I could come by and pay for my meal, and he assured me that I didn't have to. That said, I plan to. Not just to pay for my meal, but to thank him again and pick up dinner for my family on the way home.
I've always loved Chic-fil-A. But thanks to Boyce's gesture, you've earned a lifetime customer in me.
I do love to app and being able to order ahead. It would be nice to have a separate drive thru line for online orders.
They are beginning to slack on creating the correct order. My last two visits I was missing or had wrong some parts of my order. Just take the time to check before you pull away!
