Dropped by here for a quick bite. I was greeted by a very perky, smiling young lady at the counter who quickly took my order. She informed me after that breakfast ended 30 minutes earlier and if I would like something else? I told her anything else she picked is fine as long as it's not spicy, since I had not eaten as yet.
I got the wrong bread but the sandwich was good.
Place smelled weird. As if it could use some airing out. Place was clean.
Quick efficient service. Great staff and delicious food! The self service options are wonderful for when it's busy and you're in a rush. This location is clean and well kept.
I ordered the Ceaser chicken salad, half order. For $7, it was not generous but it was enough. It was not amazingly tasty but it wasn't bad either. A solid average. But I am giving Panera an extra star because I can sit here all day and drink their coffee and they like it 😊.
I have only been picking up from this location, so I can't speak about the current dine-in experience, though I don't remember having any bad experience when I used to dine in. The quality and taste of food are excellent, and the service has been meeting my expectations consistently. Kudos to the team and the hard work they are putting in to provide the service!
Decided to try this place again and I’m glad that I did. I was unsure what to order so the female employee gave me her recommendation and it turned out GREATTTTT!!! I had the bbq chicken sandwich. The iced coffee was just “ok” for some reason it doesn’t seem as strong as their hot coffee. But it was still pretty decent. But I won’t order it again. I’ll just try a hot coffee or other beverage. I also received their “kitchen sink” cookie and OMG it is so yummy!!! The two female employees that assisted me were excellent. Thank you for a great experience.
Excellent customer service even though I showed up 15 min to closing and my order was at another location. The issue got quickly resolved by the manager.
Move over Chic fil a. There's a restaurant chain that is on another level of customer experience.

way better than the J W Clay location with the closed dining room🥴was my first time here and the employees were nice, place was clean. and best of all!! didn’t have to pick up in the drive through lol.
I had the pizza with sausage and pepperoni! I really thought it had a great taste. They were out of soup which was a disappointment as I originally wanted soup and sandwich. My son had the chicken chipotle pizza. We shared. My daughter in law had the chipotle chicken avocado melt. They forgot the cheese but made it right!
Good food, right? Poor customer service every time. I tip because I feel like I should but I'm disappointed every time by the customer service so I'm not sure about why I'm tipping. My food was stolen once before and the server admitted to it. So why am I tipping? Glutton for punishment...

We was amazing how Anna has been resolved my problem when I got my order no complete, high quality service and she is working hard all the time as your own business, I hopefully she will have success in her career in this chain.
