Was in the Central Avenue area the other day and it was later in the afternoon when I realized that I hadn't eaten lunch yet.

Great customer service from Khalil at the register. He was nice, friendly and genuine when he greeted us. The food came fast and was great. The fries had just come out of the fryer and we're good and salty. The burger...it hit the spot. Love me some Five Guys!
99% sanitation rating. The burgers are fresh and juicy and they give you a mountain of fries even in the small order.
As always, great burgers and FANTASTIC fries. The folks working here were friendly and got our order correct and quickly. We were passing by but if we're in the area again and want a burger we'll definitely come back.
Best fast food burger I've had. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with all toppings (grilled mushrooms/onions were amazing,) and it turned out excellent. I ordered a small fry to try them out, but wasn't a fan. The seasoning on them were good, but they serve thick cut style and I prefer thin and crisp
The employee team was very friendly(and masked), and worked efficiently to prepare our order. An employee was regularly wiping down tables. The food was delicious, and the large fries is still enough for 4 people.
We called an order in and when we arrived about 10 minutes later it wasn’t ready. One of our items didn’t get put on the grill. As soon as we arrived the manager apologized, as the food should have been ready in that amount of time, and offered me a free milkshake. I really appreciated that she got
Absolutely love this Five Guys. I believe I could be wrong but this seems to be the only one in Charlotte that serves milkshakes! Definitely worth the trip. Every time I eat here, they get my order correct and out quickly as well. Definitely recommend this location for a delicious burger.
Now normally I would have a problem with a place to did not cook their french fries from frozen, except in this case they apparently take them straight from the potato instead of the freezer so we'll give them a pass because it turns out they're very yummy that way. Good burgers that remind me of a
Great food!! , Cheeseburger 🍔 cooked to perfection & TONS of crispy salty fries. This location has the friendliest staff they're all rock stars & my mans on the grill should be teaching every chef in the company how he gets things cookin'. Didn't know Five Guys could be this delicious!
