Absolutely delicious! The service by Mariana, Millie & Hank was outstanding, and we couldn't have been more impressed! It was a wonderful break from our work-day, and had so much fun. Thanks again to you all!
Best place!!! This sushi 101 will always have our business. Recently tried out another sushi 101 (in Charlotte) the service was horrible and the prices were crazy. This place is very well priced and always has great service!!
My 12-yr old boy was craving sushi today. He ordered the Spicy Katsu Chicken & Salmon Maki. He said it’s spicy and “freaking” good!😂 Now, he’s looking forward to his next visit!
Just looking for place to have lunch in this area. Parking lot was full but spot opened up.in front of here. So....came in. I love sushi but they had a lunch special that looked pretty tasty. Ordered that. Sat at sushi bar, the sushi chef actually brought my plate to me. Pretty cool he explained the dish. It's his call what he makes for the days special. This was very tasty and a great deal. I'll definitely be back.
Friendly service. Pretty good food and an excellent atmosphere. I like the atmosphere here because it is more casual than a lot of sushi places, but not so casual that it feels like takeout. It looks like a friendly hangout. I do not live in the area but after my reservation at another place was canceled, I looked for another place nearby. I ate here with six other people and we all had a great time and great food.
It's a small gem.. I found this place with my sissy while going to Total Wine.. Now it's mine and my niece's favorite place for sushi. It's the Crispy Bagel, fried rice, and Cali roll for me! 😋😋

Ok, it took awhile for our order to come out BUT The Sushi is fuckkkkking Phenomenal, You can trust my taste buds I promise lol. My girl got Firecracker sushi and it came with six rolls, it was my third fav. My bestie got Yellow submarine which had a slice of mango on top that complimented SOOO FREAKING WELL! I was eating up his rolls lol, if that tells you how good they were, they were my second favorite. I ordered the Professor Vu rolls which came with 8 and they were my favorite! I'm writing this review still sitting at the table 💜I definitely recommend and I'll be coming back soon! Also everyone was really sweet especially one lady I didn't catch her name but I feel like she was the owner.
Good fresh sushi at reasonable prices. I can here for lunch and there were not many people eating although it was not empty either. About half of the tables were marked and intentionally left empty to allow for social distancing due to Covid 19. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food came quickly and was very good. Overall I would recommend!
We were happy with our takeout. We ordered miso soup, calamari rings with a spicy dipping sauce, crispy and plain California rolls, surf and turf roll, tempura shrimp rolls and Cajun egg rolls. All were delicious and fairly priced.
Hey y’all, this is a great place, I have been to many sushi places, but this is it was the best sushi place around Charlotte, food was amazing, service is beyond great I forgot our servers name but I’m telling you she went beyond, love this place will be back! Come and check it out if you are around the area
The Rainbow roll here is absolutely amazing! stopped by for lunch today, asked the waitress(who was very sweet) what she recommended and thats where she pointed me. I ordered the first roll, then had to order one more. taste is fantastic, atmosphere is relaxing. 5/5 spot to eat. Thanks for the great experience!
Great place & friendly staff. The caterpillar maki roll is a good go-to as well as the udon noodle bowls. Been coming here since 2013
