Yummy milkshakes! 🍟 French fries are thinly sliced if you're looking for a less starchy side. The 🍔 burgers are good just wish they had lettuce and tomatoes. Their pickles 🥒 are garlic sweet, so not my favorite. Great customer service! Fast and efficient! Safe area. Righ
It was delicious! Fries, burgers, and milkshakes were just as great as I remembered. They don't serve tables anymore. You go get your food when your order is called, and they take orders through kiosks now. Very modern now 😆 it was a surprise
We were welcomed as soon as we came in the door. There was a great guy there I forgot his name but he was very friendly (dreadlocks). He made sure that we were all taken care of. He made conversation with us as if we were family. Nothing better than dining somewhere and feeling like family. The food
Loved their milkshakes and fries. Didn’t try their burgers but they looked good. Know that there is a machine to scan receipt to get drinks.
Pretty good its pretty much self serve at this location, you order on a kiosk. Then pay in advance,then they call your number to pick up your own food then throw it away afterwards. But everything taste great, just missed the personalization of a dine in experience.
WE LOVE BARRY!! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and his customer service is unmatched! Definitely will be back to see him- and grab a shake!
This location is Henry good, but during my most recent visit, the woman working the drive through didn't give us straws for our milkshakes. My friend also wanted to buy some extra ranch for his fries, but the woman working the window walked off and didn't return. We had to go inside to get the straw

Got here as their dinner rush was starting to pick up. Everyone was SO NICE!!!! The guy in the dining room kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok and he was on top of making sure everything was clean (tables, floor, spills, soda machine, counters,etc)

Not the old S&S - shake was timely and outstanding and attractive. Fries were perfect. Steak burgers were best I've had at that chain. Hoping the S&S in Rock Hill has improved that much - will become a customer again if so.
Didnt seem like there was enough people there to work it took forever to get my food but it was delicious and the server apologized like it was her fault personally,so i would eat there again.
It is what it is. I enjoyed the milk shake. The fries were too salty. The burger was good. Nice service though. Good deal from 2 to 4.
Best of these locations. Burgers were fresh, beautifully put together and VERY reasonably priced. All of the employees were courteous and efficient. I'd drive a little farther to eat at this location.
