The DOUBLE GARLIC BURGER, added extra cheese and sautéed onions was super delicious. I’ve never ventured beyond the double burger but this garlic burger just blew up everything I thought I knew about Steak n Shake. I hadn’t eaten at Steak ‘n Shake in almost 15 years before tonight. My teenage daughter insisted she wanted to try it for dinner due to social media videos 🙄🙃— so here we are! We have been die hard fans of Shake Shack forever. But I have to say, I’ve never had anything like this garlic burger before at Shake Shack or anywhere for that matter! As you can see we cleared our plates. The shakes were Nutella and strawberry and both were, in a word, YUM! So if you hadn’t tried this place in a while, do yourself a favor and give it a try.

- price was average. Family of four ate for 48 bucks with upgraded combo sides (onion rings and cheese fries) and 2 milkshakes.

- the condition of the dinning room was mixed. It could use a deep cleaning but the kitchen (which you can see) looked cleaner than the dinning room.

Yummy milkshakes! 🍟 French fries are thinly sliced if you're looking for a less starchy side. The 🍔 burgers are good just wish they had lettuce and tomatoes. Their pickles 🥒 are garlic sweet, so not my favorite. Great customer service! Fast and efficient! Safe area. Right off the light rail, so convenient!
It was delicious! Fries, burgers, and milkshakes were just as great as I remembered. They don't serve tables anymore. You go get your food when your order is called, and they take orders through kiosks now. Very modern now 😆 it was a surprise
We were welcomed as soon as we came in the door. There was a great guy there I forgot his name but he was very friendly (dreadlocks). He made sure that we were all taken care of. He made conversation with us as if we were family. Nothing better than dining somewhere and feeling like family. The food was hot and fresh and it didn’t take long to receive the food.
Loved their milkshakes and fries. Didn’t try their burgers but they looked good. Know that there is a machine to scan receipt to get drinks.
Pretty good its pretty much self serve at this location, you order on a kiosk. Then pay in advance,then they call your number to pick up your own food then throw it away afterwards. But everything taste great, just missed the personalization of a dine in experience.
WE LOVE BARRY!! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and his customer service is unmatched! Definitely will be back to see him- and grab a shake!
This location is Henry good, but during my most recent visit, the woman working the drive through didn't give us straws for our milkshakes. My friend also wanted to buy some extra ranch for his fries, but the woman working the window walked off and didn't return. We had to go inside to get the straws and the ranch. Despite the service, the food is good.
Great burgers. Great fries too. The service was friendly and attentive. I wish we had them in Nebraska!
Got here as their dinner rush was starting to pick up. Everyone was SO NICE!!!! The guy in the dining room kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok and he was on top of making sure everything was clean (tables, floor, spills, soda machine, counters,etc)
The guys at the grill and handing out the orders were so nice too! They responded to every question and order with a smile, mind you, their order screen was full, so they were extremely busy at this time, but they did everything with the best attitude!!
I hope someone in upper management reads this and recognizes the amazing team they have!! Great job!!!
