I went here today to pick up food for a delivery. I cannot comment on the accuracy of the taste, but the service was fast and the atmosphere is inviting. I am going to make it my mission to visit on a personal level to see how the food tastes.

Upon walking in the restaurant is extremely kept clean and organized. The cashier was very patient and extremely professional. The ordering process was extremely easy.
The wait for our ( Aunt and I) food wasn’t long at all. Although my aunt went to go and grab some more dressing for her salad, she went to approach the counter, and there were three employees who were just standing there, gossiping and not doing their job while also on their phones. But overall it was a great experience would highly recommend!!!

Ms. Doris is so helpful! I often go to Panera for my company lunches and I often have individual orders. She is amazing at being able to separate out orders and take separate payments. She is 80 years old and just a complete delight to work with. She is informative and so helpful. This Panera is so lucky to have her on their team! She makes my job of getting company lunches a breeze. Don’t ever let Ms. Doris go!

I walked in 5 min before closing as I had just gotten off work and was starving! All 3 employees were cleaning up as expected and after asking if they were still taking orders a friendly associate came to the counter and took my order and my food was made promptly and correct. I used to work in food service and I know how it is at Closing time so I appreciate this staff for showing great customer service I will be back again!

The young lady(Khirah) behind the counter was fantastic and went into the back and fixed us 2 cups of freshly brewed coffee. The coffee was as good as my friend had said it would be.

I have not been a Panera recently. I stopped un here to grab a small bite while I was waiting for an appointment. I was surprised it is nearly all self-serve. Place your order at a kiosk, get your cup, and wait for the text saying the order is ready and go to the counter to collect it. Overall, not a bad experience. I chose the turkey sandwich on sourdough. The sandwich was very good. Crisp onion, fresh tomatoes, and perfect greens. The bread was super fresh. Would recamend this location.

After finishing dinner, we decided too have some coffee. My friend suggested Panera Bread. She loves their coffee. When we arrived, it was almost closing time and the coffee dispensers had already been taken in the back for cleaning. The young lady(Khirah) behind the counter was fantastic and went into the back and fixed us 2 cups of freshly brewed coffee. The coffee was as good as my friend had said it would be. The whole interior of the building was brightly lit and extremely clean. Everything was handicap accessible and appeared to be in good working order. A typical Panera, food is always consistent and friendliness of staff varies from employee to employee. There's one particular manager who really tries hard and I witnessed him order (and pay for) an Uber for an employee who usually walked home but it was cold and pouring rain that day. Deducted one star because the handicapped parking is very poorly thought out and sometimes their delivery drivers park in handicapped spaces.

We weren't greeted when we walked in last night, made us feel like we were at a McDonald's. There was no scanner for the Panera rewards card. Person who brought out the food was friendly. For the half and half/ pick 2 meal the salad that came out was huge. Way too much to eat IMO but it's their money I guess. Manager came out to tell us the last employee was trying to leave, we didn't realize we had stayed so late talking (sorry). I thought she was respectful and professional in her reminder to us. The food was pretty good in our group and the coffee helped us stay up for the movie next door.
