Finest American chain of restaurants. I have been to other chains and this is way above all others . They excel in quality, ambience and service. Reasonable pricing and variety of menu. Kids have free meal everyday. Their complimentary bread is mouthwatering and addictive. Shrimp and chicken are well cooked and delicious. Definitely a must try restaurant.

We just at there for lunch and received exceptional service from our server Nala. The food was fantastic but she made the experience even better. Everyone there was super friendly and the service was quick since we were on our lunch break. We got the Go Go Crunch for desert and oh my goodness that was amazing. I ordered the BBQ sandwich and that was awesome as well. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks for the amazing service. Keep up the good work!

We stopped here on our way to New Jersey. I loved this place. The food was great and inexpensive. Kids meals were free. We had a great server who even asked me to cut into my steak to make sure it was cooked properly. Definitely would recommend.

I've eaten at this restaurant several times and the food has always been good. I wouldn't call it the absolute top of the line but it's good. The last time I was there I ordered the three chicken taco special and when I got my order two of the tacos were chicken and one was fish. I didn't mind because I like fish tacos too, but I did mention it to the waiter. The staff has always been friendly and attentive. They also have Goose Island IPA on tap which is one of my favorites. I will most likely return to this restaurant again in the future.

Paige is awesome! Great customer service and on point with making sure we had all of our needs. Best customer service we have had in a while! You could tell she cared about her job and wanted to be there and that's hard to find these days. Lisa the manager made several table checks with us and the tables around us..its great to go to dinner at a place with people who treat you as if they care about you and want you there.

Their chicken tenders are the best. All good things to say about the food. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because we ordered for pick up at 12:15 and it was after 12:30 before it was ready. To be fair it was lunch time in Charlotte and they were busy but I'm doing an honest review

The food was great. I had the salmon and veggies. I felt sorry for the staff as it appeared they were missing a lot of people. Some of the sub humans in the place were rude and should have stayed home to eat pb andj sandwiches. We had an excellent server who ran her butt off the whole time we were there. She was attentive and fast. I also had the raspberry lemonade and it was very good.

The food was fresh and delicious. The waiter made sure we had as much bread as we wanted and that our drinks where full. It was a Monday night but I appreciated that we were treated well even though it was slow.

4-5 Nice dinner selections for $10.00. Wednesday is free pie night. There is a bar if you like drinks though not inexpensive. Staff is usually great. Booths or tables. Can sit around the bar area. Free basket of good dinner rolls which they will refill. Great relaxing to meet friends and enjoy dinner taking time to catch up.

We had the worst experience here. We waited over an hour for our food and then we got it the food was cold. My steak was a small piece of hard jerky. The baked potato was so old and hard that it was like paste and the macaroni was nothing but noodles with about 3 pieces of shredded cheese on it and cold as it could be. But before we even finally got out food we asked the waiter how much longer our food was going to be and he just shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know maybe in a little bit instead of saying let me go check on it. Then we asked for the manager and told her how long we had been waiting and all she said was it comes out as it's put in and offered us some dessert instead of going and checking on it herself. Well after all that I did get my food for free but nobody enjoyed their food, not even the ones that got chicken tenders with sides. There was something wrong with everybody plates but mine was the worst.

The waitress was completely incompetent. She got the order wrong then later bought the check which was wrong. At that point she disappeared and I had to ask for a manager. After calmly explaining the whole thing to him he fixed the check along with a discount and free dessert. I won't be going back to that one. And of course she didn't get a tip

I went with a friend to eat there the service was ok the food was awful She order one of the salads it was no avocado too much bbq sauce no good I order ribs and chicken strips with mash potato and broccoli the ribs were raw he forgot my ck strips on my plate so he bring it separate the strips was so dry the broccoli was over cooked just an awful experience.

I eat at this location at least twice a month; it's always great. Dining in; or even taking your food to go. Portions are great and the service is always unexpectedly better than other chain restaurants. Jessica is the best server, and the Manager even goes out of their way to make your experience the best if there is an issue.

I actually would give my Chicken Pecan salad a 5 star rating and the free pie no stars so I compromised at 3. The salad was delicious! Loved it. The "pie" was dubbed "the blob" once I received it. I ordered the Ooey Gooey caramel pie and on the picture it looked like a pie. When I got it, it was a flat blob on top of crust. I would not have served this to anyone if I had made it - this was how bad it looked. Knowing that sometimes things look bad but taste great, I was sitll open to enjoying my "blob". It tasted like someone took caramel sauce, added sugar, dumped it on crust and said Yes lets call it caramel "pie". I love caramel and was so disappointed. The only good thing about my blob - it was a Wednesday and it was free.

We came church group- the sweet tea was so sweet undrinkable- waitress brought couple unsweet teas to add to ours- messy trying pour it- ten order rubs but got steak/ manger came over both times- we hate complaining but both of these uncalled for

It was a wonderful experience from the time my family and I walked in. The manager greeted us because the host had to seat the guest before us. While we waited the manager let us know the specials of the day. When we were seated we had a waiter waiting to ask what we wanted to drink. When we were done we were thanked and the manager was there too. I will go back and recommend others to go.

Not quite 5 stars only because salmon came out raw in middle. With that said, they did take it back and i re-ordered something different. The manager personally came over and apologized. As did the waitress and some lady from the kitchen. So that to me is exceptional service......when my order came out it was fresh, hot and down right good. Busy Saturday night and this was our first time. We will definitely be back. Wife's food no problem! Again thank you all for the hospitality.

Wife's food was great, my steak was not cooked right but was okay. What dropped my review score was our waitress. She was not very good at all. She barely smiled, kinda acted like she didnt want to be there and we felt kinda rushed throughout our meal. Not a great service experience.

Not so great. Our waitress was great. Bread wasn’t warm. They no longer serve the chips as a side, and they were completely out of ribs wasn’t told until we ordered. Won’t go back to that location.

10 min wait, restaurant mostly empty Diet Coke ordered, regular coke served No napkins or utensils until we asked Appetizer brought to the table and then removed New appetizer brought to table to give us the "freshest". For fresh it wasn't very hot Brought one entree and not the other first entree cold by the time the other arrived Double side of broccoli was not double Salmon was not fresh Low country shrimp just barely ok And NO dinner rolls About 8-10 mins later the other entree shows up Server ok Dishes everywhere, tables not bussed Won't be back.

Curb side should be true curb side. I sat in my car for a few minutes and nobody had come out to greet me so I walked in. The girl at the register had my food so I was in and out quick but I was very disappointed when I got back to my office to find that my cajun chicken pasta didn't have the cajun spices on it. Not sure how you forget that in a CAJUN chicken pasta.
