I eat at this location at least twice a month; it's always great. Dining in; or even taking your food to go. Portions are great and the service is always unexpectedly better than other chain restaurants. Jessica is the best server, and the Manager even goes out of their way to make your experience the best if there is an issue.

It was a wonderful experience from the time my family and I walked in. The manager greeted us because the host had to seat the guest before us. While we waited the manager let us know the specials of the day. When we were seated we had a waiter waiting to ask what we wanted to drink. When we were done we were thanked and the manager was there too. I will go back and recommend others to go.

Finest American chain of restaurants. I have been to other chains and this is way above all others . They excel in quality, ambience and service. Reasonable pricing and variety of menu. Kids have free meal everyday. Their complimentary bread is mouthwatering and addictive. Shrimp and chicken are well cooked and delicious. Definitely a must try restaurant.

We just at there for lunch and received exceptional service from our server Nala. The food was fantastic but she made the experience even better. Everyone there was super friendly and the service was quick since we were on our lunch break. We got the Go Go Crunch for desert and oh my goodness that was amazing. I ordered the BBQ sandwich and that was awesome as well. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks for the amazing service. Keep up the good work!

We stopped here on our way to New Jersey. I loved this place. The food was great and inexpensive. Kids meals were free. We had a great server who even asked me to cut into my steak to make sure it was cooked properly. Definitely would recommend.

I've eaten at this restaurant several times and the food has always been good. I wouldn't call it the absolute top of the line but it's good. The last time I was there I ordered the three chicken taco special and when I got my order two of the tacos were chicken and one was fish. I didn't mind because I like fish tacos too, but I did mention it to the waiter. The staff has always been friendly and attentive. They also have Goose Island IPA on tap which is one of my favorites. I will most likely return to this restaurant again in the future.

Paige is awesome! Great customer service and on point with making sure we had all of our needs. Best customer service we have had in a while! You could tell she cared about her job and wanted to be there and that's hard to find these days. Lisa the manager made several table checks with us and the tables around us..its great to go to dinner at a place with people who treat you as if they care about you and want you there.

Their chicken tenders are the best. All good things to say about the food. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because we ordered for pick up at 12:15 and it was after 12:30 before it was ready. To be fair it was lunch time in Charlotte and they were busy but I'm doing an honest review

The food was great. I had the salmon and veggies. I felt sorry for the staff as it appeared they were missing a lot of people. Some of the sub humans in the place were rude and should have stayed home to eat pb andj sandwiches. We had an excellent server who ran her butt off the whole time we were there. She was attentive and fast. I also had the raspberry lemonade and it was very good.

The food was fresh and delicious. The waiter made sure we had as much bread as we wanted and that our drinks where full. It was a Monday night but I appreciated that we were treated well even though it was slow.

4-5 Nice dinner selections for $10.00. Wednesday is free pie night. There is a bar if you like drinks though not inexpensive. Staff is usually great. Booths or tables. Can sit around the bar area. Free basket of good dinner rolls which they will refill. Great relaxing to meet friends and enjoy dinner taking time to catch up.
