Took my grandchildren and their parents here. The employees were very professional and didn't seem to get aggravated that it took all of us a bit longer to make up our minds. This was my first time here and it was a very enjoyable experience. When we first arrived we were the only ones there but in few minutes more people started coming in. They handle the crowed very well and with a smile. They always wanted to be sure that you knew if you would like to try a flavor to please let them know. They have a wide variety of cones, toppings, and lots to select from on the menu.

I brought my extremely shy teens with me and very blunt Latin-American husband with me on a Sunday afternoon. My kids took ages to choose flavors but the two servers were awesome and patiently waited even offered to help. We got two milkshakes:cotton candy and snickers; my husband went with a classic banana split and my chose the peanut and chocolate covered cone with cotton candy and cheesecake. All tasted pretty amazing. We normally prefer Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream because of the unique flavors. But this is a completely different experience. There are variety of cones to choose from, cups in two sizes, and milkshakes. Toppings are free. I’d suggest you take the time to read over the menu first and decide what you’d like. You can ask to sample any flavor. Please REMEMBER TO BE KIND and don’t show up when the place is packed expecting outstanding service with very few employees. It’s a must try whenever you are in the area. At least five times 🙈

Absolutely delighted with our first visit here at Marble Slab Creamery. Similar to Coldstone with their how-you-want-it options. However I will say, I prefer this place over your normal Coldstone. Much more topping to chose from. Several different style waffle cone choices. They also offer ice cream cakes and options for your doggie. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. We were also served within 20 seconds of walking in. Plan on returning to this gem! Kudos!
