Our Outback experience was phenomenal. Our server Taija was very welcoming, and efficient. Our order was placed quickly, and we were soon wowed by the delicious blooming onion. It was followed by our entrees, which could not have been more stunning on the plate. The steaks were perfectly cooked and succulent, the sides very complimentary, and our drinks were kept full.
We enjoyed our food so much, and it was definitely an award-winning meal. Thanks to the staff, for everyone was jovial and full of smiles. I would highly recommend this dining establishment to anyone looking for a truly great eating experience.
Our server, Kyle was great and informative. I've had not so good service at another location. The service, food and atmosphere were perfect we WILL drive from Rock Hill, South Carolina to Pineville to eat at this location again.
Host is always great. We had Lacey E today and she was polite and attentive to our orders and requests. She definitely made my lunch experience better. My friend had one of their signature burgers with fries and I had the soup and salad. Great French Onion soup.
With the new management they have, Outback is 10 times better. We were very well taken care of by the waitress and bartender. I ordered a steak ofcourse and it was cooked to a perfect medium and very well seasoned. Definitely recommend if your in Pineville-Mathews.
We had a wonderful meal. The food was delicious, but most importantly, the service provided by Al B and Andre was excellent!! They brought all of our food with perfect timing. They kept in touch with us to ensure that we had everything we needed and kept our drinks filled. Please give Al B and Andre a huge pat on the back for us!
I walked into the restaurant and I was welcomed by Raven with a fun and an amazing personality. I was escorted to the bar where I sat and i was introduced to Johnny the bartender.
Very nice great attitude and a down to earth personality. Anyway.
I got my drink and app and dinner fast.

Our service and food was excellent tonight. Lately at most restaurants one of the other is seriously lacking. We were seated right away, service and was great and timing on the food was excellent. We were in the bar area I believe our server was Gabe.
I just ordered door dash and needed to add something to my order. So I called and got Tiffany on the phone. She was so nice! I told her I had a bad day and thank you for being amazing. So she surprised me and sent a dessert to make my day better. This was so incredibly thoughtful. Tiffany needs a raise. Thank you for being so kind!!! We need more people like her in the world. WTG Outback.
Our server was on top of everything and very friendly! Food was good except my son's steak was under cooked. The manager had it taken care of and my son enjoyed it. My Alice Springs Chicken was excellent with great spice and very moist but the mashed potatoes were slightly dry. Good atmosphere and on warm days nice outdoor seating. Would give it a second try.

The food is always consistent at the Pineville location. Johnny is the best bartender in the business! We come in just to see him — he’s our favorite stop for an after work cocktail. You can’t go wrong here!
Service was good, food was made very well, the waitress was busy but very attentive to her guests.
Having the bread & butter before the meal was a nice touch, the entranceway & waiting area were lovely.
We stopped in for lunch and had a wonderful experience. Sarah the manager was very nice. She stopped by to introduce herself. Dez the bartender was entertaining. We were very impressed with the quality of the food. We ordered steak and lobster which was cooked to perfection. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. We had a great experience and will return!
