I went into Nordstrom just to get some food so wanted to have the turkey bacon club that I've had it pretty much every other Nordstrom across the country. The sandwich and the salad tasted grape and the service was great. My only gripe about this Nordstrom is that it does not have a bar inside. Every Nordstrom should have a bar.

I am always impressed by the organization, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere of this location. Every staff member in every department is so helpful and friendly, I'm always tempted to buy stuff I didn't even come for! Bonus: Yesterday, on a whim, I decided to get fitted for a bra... something I've never done before and was shy about... but I just decided to inquire yesterday because everything I own is kind of uncomfortable. A wonderful team member named Paris went above and beyond in helping me and I left with the most comfortable bra I've had in my entire life... no joke! Thank you!

Nordstrom has luxury brands for handbags, shoes, accessories, makeup, etc. They carry different brands as well. Their clothing selection are trendy and chic. Employees were attentive.

Definitely a high end store. The selection is great. When I am in Charlotte I always make a point of going there. I like the displays, they have a 1950's feel to them.

This is a review of the MENS CLOTHING SECTION: My brother and I went in for suits for my upcoming wedding, we were greeted with a warm smile by Mark Jones, this was our lucky day! Mark proceeded to help a couple of first timers with a level of expertise that is hard to find these days. He never made us feel awkward or bad about the fact that this was clearly our first real fitting for high end clothing. I came in with what I thought I wanted but he told me I looked like a Ted Baker guy, he was right! He even took the time to do all of our cuffs before the tailor came to take the measurements and mark up the suits. This was truly the perfect experience. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional or efficient process. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes (I had a flight to catch and Mark made note of that). Oh and he was also working his magic with another customer just ahead of us! This is a high level guy!! Thank you Mark! My wedding is next weekend 9/9 and we will be the two sharpest dressed guys there thanks to you!! Ask for him by name, you will not regret this!!

Went to Nordstrom SouthPark today to finish some Christmas shopping. During my shopping, I was able to witness Nordstrom Loss Prevention in ACTION! At first I didn't even know they had a Loss Prevention team since they dressed like actual customers until I saw 2 guys run after someone in the mall and recover a huge bag full of merchandise that 2 teenagers had stole. Both teens ran back inside the store almost tripping other shoppers. The LP team did an AMAZING job in getting back their stuff and everyone clapped for them! I talked to them and thanked them for what they do as that has to be a scary job to do. They were extremely nice and stated they love what they do. Someone get them boys a RAISE!! Shoutout to Nordstrom for ACTUALLY caring about consumer prices and keeping it low as they can while catching the theives that ruin it for everyone.

Nordstrom is my favorite department store. Everything is beautifully laid out and the staff is second to none. I went in looking for boots and jeans and had a great experience. Both people who helped me were friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I got some fantastic Wit and Wisdom jeans, and Sam Edelman boots.

One of my “go to” stores is Nordstrom for it’s outstanding customer service and great selection of gorgeous & quality merchandise. I buy things on the app and I trust that Nordstrom will take care of me, if they don’t work out. I also enjoy getting the Nordstrom notes earned from using the store credit card & the Bistro at the South Park location is a great place for lunch. Delicious!

A high-end store that sells high-end fashion items. The woman selection of fashion items are lacking, but the men selection is quite great. They have clearance sales too time to time for us that wanted discounts. Nordstorm is really easy to access, and very clean. They have restrooms, which are clean. The people working are quite good, though some areas are uncovered.

We came all the way from Asheville to come to this store and were a little disappointed because there selection of clothes for plus size were limited and they did not have mostly any of their spring items out yet and that was in late March. We came for mom's birthday and found one pair of pants and had them tailored to be shorter. The staff were all very friendly though so I'll rate them 4 stars.

I shop the kid's shoe department at Nordstrom's because they have a wonderful program (not even sure of the name) that assists kids with different size feet or have to wear leg/foot braces or prosthetics. They are the ONLY place that my daughter likes to go for shoes due to the challenges of FIRST finding the correct size and then purchasing in other stores. They have a large variety, and the staff is very helpful when we are looking for the right shoe. We have been purchasing shoes for her here since she was 6 months old and have always received the best service. They are doing a GREAT Service for kids AND adults in this situation, and they certainly make the kids feel good about the entire experience! Thank you, Nordstrom's!

A wonderful shopping experience! Enjoy driving out to Nordstrom's.The drive from Davidson to the South Park area can be a beautiful drive and then once I arrive,Nordstrom South Park it's a great shopping experience with great customer service. Love the Cosmetic department and all the events.

I don’t typically shop here but I saw a beautiful pair of Ugg boots online and had to have them. Well unfortunately they didn’t fit. But after a year I decided I would return them and I love the no hassle return. They were still in the box with the receipt. I received a gift card for them so I ended up buying my husband a dope pair of shoes. I received great customer service! No complaints here.
