Quiet counter service deli. Food was excellent. Quiet place to eat and have a discussion, read a book or even work remotely.

Got DoorDash from here the other day. The food was exactly what I requested and tasted so good.

I probably go here 2 or 3 times a week for lunch! This is a great lunch spot. I always order the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich w/ potatoe salad and oreo cheesecake! So delicious! I definitely spoil myself with the cheesecake part but the rest of it is healthy and not heavy! Perfect sized meal.

Listen, those men in there were working so well with each other AND CUSTOMERS. I saw glove changing, smiles, thank yous. The store was clean and honestly I wish we were eating in the store so I could see more. They were happy to help me, I honestly believe that. Not one bad thing to say about this experience.

Love eating lunch here. It's very quiet and chill. The staff is always very nice and helpful, and I've never had any issues with my food.

I’ve literally been to every McAlister’s in Charlotte and this is the best one! I always order their baked potatoes and they’re never over cooked like the other places, they’re perfect. The food is always fresh. Overall very pleased! I visit here often!

Was clean, fast, and friendly. I always get a sweet tea when I visit. I got a rueben that was stacked high with meat.

Friendly service, nicely presented meal. Flavorful ingredients and good iced tea. First time going to this chain of restaurants butt portion seems slightly small for the price. Staff was very attentive disable service. Definitely would recommend a try and we'll be back again.

Wonderful employees. Great food and choices. They now have a loyalty program. Can still use punch cards though. We were the only people there for most of the meal, but it looked like lots of takeout orders. Highly recommend going there. She even came out a few times to see if we needed anything and get us teas.

This review is based on the manager who served us last night..My boyfriend and I arrived late, 30 mins before close. Something we try to avoid doing having both worked in service industry. I’m assuming this man was the manager and I wish I had gotten his name! He was very kind and patient with us and he didn’t make us feel rushed even though they had to cook a fresh potato after I’m sure they had probably started cleaning up. The staff around him did not seem to be helpful at all. The manager did his absolute best to keep things moving on his own. He remained extremely pleasant. We watched as he cleaned bathrooms, tables, and manned the register on his own. I went to ask for a refill and a box and the two people in the kitchen just stared at me and I waited for about 5 mins, they didn’t even acknowledge me even after they had both made eye contact. Then finally the manager came out again and took care of my refills, again being so patient and kind. I’m writing this review because I’ve been in the position before of working harder to pick up the slack for those around me and you feel completely unseen. We just want you to know we saw you hard work and effort and you were appreciated by us. Thank you!!!! Service industry can be hard to nail down good staff, I hope you get the supportive staff you deserve! If only people could realize that no matter the position and as corny as this sounds, if you work as a team everyone is happier and you all get home even faster, believe it or not! Thanks again sir, hope you see this!

When choosing a lunch spot, McAlister's doesn't come up often. Usually it's something quicker or on-the-go. But when I sit down to enjoy a meal, this location never disappoints. Incredibly friendly staff throughout, a clean and well-themed (Charlotte) environment, and of course the food is always spot on. I can't say enough good things about this location!

Great people, the manager Ladiamond is such a delight and very caring. The cooks are great as well the food looked like the pictures

Excellent potato salad, soup was great. Turkey sandwich was fresh and tasty.

I've always loved McAlister's! This was my second time at this location and the food was amazing! But we waited longer than usual for our food even though we were the only ones there! The lady that helped us didn't seem too happy either but the food makes a 4 star!
