Ichiban Sushi & Hibachi

For the price??? This is amazing. Yeah on the outside it might not look super appealing but it's the inside that matters. Their sushi is NOT BAD. All of their chicken dishes were great. Yeah the seafood isn't the best but when you're paying 15.99 for all you can eat and there's this much variety that's just asking for too much. Best of all, their washroom was clean.

We were from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel, and we love sushi. The sushi was good, but mostly limited to variations on California rolls. They also had a salad bar, Chinese food, Mongolian BBQ and local food like spare ribs, crawdads, plantains. Being from the West Coast, this was a great way to sample some things we hadn't tried before. The place has a vibe like an old diner was repurposed into the current restaurant, and the patrons seemed to be local working folk, not travelers. I give it a solid 5 stars for being exactly what it advertises--reasonable food at reasonable prices and as much as you want.

A hidden gem, I don't come here for the atmosphere or the glitz and glam of a super commercialized chain, that puts money in appearance but not their food. Trust me, people can taste and see the difference. This place has the best Asian food on this side of Charlotte. Don't let the appearance deceive you. You won't be sorry. Will definitely be back

Can I just tell you.. this was hands down a great place to eat. The outside does not give the place Justice. It looks a little run down outside but as soon as you walk in the door damn it's beautiful it's clean it looks great. Lots and lots of fresh food. Some stuff that I typically get at other Chinese buffets are just burnt or hard or crispy or whatever. Was not at this place. So if you really want to good place to eat you should check it out. Absolutely, hands down, 100% THE BEST Chinese buffet I have ever experienced in my life! If your thinking about coming here, DO IT you won't want to miss out. The attention to detail from food to decor to service it was all amazing from start to finish. I've been in the restaurant industry my entire life and have always been turned off by the low quality of buffets in general.
