We loved it. The kale salad was full of flavor and the ingredients of all dishes were great quality. We shared a few dishes (which I recommend). The decor was modern and cool, with nice soft lighting. We will be back!

Such an awesome time! The food was phenomenal. We did the prix fixe which came to be about $30 a person. The variety of selection from that was delicious! I feel like you couldn’t go wrong w anything on the menu. Our server, Josh, was attentive and quick! We appreciate his professionalism and willingness to box everything up for us (bc it was so much food!). We’ll definitely be back when we’re in Charlotte next :)
Man oh man I love this place! I left Bulla in a food coma, it was so good. My family and I ordered an array of dishes and we left every plate clean. 100/10 recommendation, just take a look at the photos of each dish. Alea was a great waitress, so sweet and friendly. Thanks for a great night!
My friends and I truly enjoyed our first (definitely not last) experience dining at Bulla Gastrobar. The food was excellent. We did the 3 course meal and ordered off the menu for brunch. All food items were made to order so expect a short wait. It is truly worth it. There were many different options for everyone. Our server, Shampayne, was very helpful and made sure that our mimosa tower was plentiful.
Really enjoyed Bulla! We did small plates and loved every single thing we got. The meatballs and ham croquettes were some of my favorites and then the bonbom coffee was AMAZING. Marian was a great server and even gave us something special for my husband's birthday
Everything was really great. Arrived exactly at the time of our reservation and was sat immediately. Our server Nia was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our cocktails were tasty and beautiful. The food we ordered was the tapas style items and they all were very good. I’d say our favorites were the Brussels sprouts and Huevos Bulla. We had a very enjoyable time. The lavender margarita would be taken up a notch with a rim on the glass.
The food here was absolutely amazing. The chorizo stuffed dates and the beets that came with our appetizer were my favorite followed closely by the octopus. Our waiter was very sweet, as were all of the other employees we encountered. Management also came out and checked to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. The restaurant itself has a very good atmosphere and the restrooms were incredibly clean. We will definitely be coming back!
Had a great dinner at Bulla’s. Everything tasted amazing and it was vegetarian friendly. Our waiter, Rui, was very attentive and gave good recommendations. The service was wonderful!
3rd time visiting Bulla and each time, I do not leave disappointed. Celebrated a friend's birthday and enjoyed a mimosa tower and multiple apps and entrees. The salmon, the burger and pancakes are a fav! Our server Shampayne was also awesome. Very accommodating and attentive. We greatly appreciated it. Can't wait to come back!

We were party of 6 and they accommodated us very well.
We got a seating in the corner which def was very special since it was a separate section.
Tried whole of small plates:
Octopus, chicken snd pork skewers, fresh cheese, bacon dates, chicken paella, flatbread, patatas bravas, tuna tartare, ceviche and fir drinks we got: old fashioned.
For dessert: pana cotta.
Everything was fab, suoer great service -and lovely people.

I’m never disappointed when I come to Bulla. The food is incredible and the service is great. It’s, as a whole, a really wonderful dining experience. I love bringing friends who’ve never been before especially because the brunch 3-course is so reasonable. Sandy was excellent! Don’t skip the Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes!!
