I went in to order 'to go' and the food took a really long time, of course the drive thru is the priority. They are clearly overloaded with too many orders. Inside the restaurant there are lots of empty seats, probably because the in house orders are taking 30 minutes. I'm considering walking out without my food because I've had enough.
This location was very clean, and all of the staff we interacted with had excellent customer service skills. The food was hot and delicious, and despite them being very busy we got it in an appropriate amount of time. Chris, an employee here, was going around doing a great job at making sure the dining room was clean and that everyone had everything that needed. Chris was very kind and we engaged in great conversation with him, he certainly influenced our experience. Annie (I believe this was her name) delivered out food and was also exceptionally kind. We are very impressed and will happily return to this location.
I think the managers name is RaShaun. He is amazing! Very considerate every time he speaks with me. They had a long wait on soup and he gave me a free cookie for my troubles, including my money back. I truly hope he never leaves. His customer service is spectacular.
Friendly and attentive staff. Clean. Great food. Children's play area was adequate. However, one section appeared to be unfinished or in the process of being changed. My 4 year old enjoyed it a lot. Love the waffle fries
