We have not been here in years. We decided to try them and we were not disappointed. Our waitress, Angela was exceptional. She took extremely good care of us while there. She was also very attentive to her other tables around us.
Now for the food. My husband had the build your omelette. It was huge. The people at the table next to us even commented on the size. I had the 2X2X2. The food was good and it was prepared well. They got my over medium eggs cooked right.
The place was clean. The service was quick. The food was hot and seasoned. This was a good experience for us.
Best IHop I know. The service is great. Many of the staff members have been here for many years. It's great to see familiar faces. Atmosphere makes ypu feel like your home

YUM! I was craving a good Blueberry Pancake and iHop did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and well prepared. We did wait 30 minutes for a seat but it was well worth it. The staff did a great job for being so busy!
We were very apprehensive when we first walked in because it was very quiet and there were only about 4-5 other patrons in the restaurant. We were seated almost immediately and the waiter was very kind and attentive. I tried the new Oreo cookie crumble waffle and it was divine, albeit a little on the sweet side (but it was exactly what I was craving)! Hubby had the chicken and waffles and said it was really good as well. It was overall a great experience!
Myself, husband and soon to be 21(2/27), Son enjoyed our breakfast served by Raquel (who, in my opinion, is a great asset to IHOP, in Charlotte, NC.
I have been wanting chicken steak for a minute. And it did not fail. My son had chicken tenders and pancakes.
For many years this place was one of my favorites, but they began to give such bad service that I didn't return for 3 years, but last night 12*29*22 what a surprise, delicious, hot food, fresh ingredients,correct orders,excellent service from KEVIN the waiter, restaurant clean. Alejo and the other 2 managers are doing a great job. We will be back soon. 😎

Our waitress Priscilla was great. The food was good and prepared just like we asked. My wife had an omelet with blueberry walffles. I had an omelet with ham, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, spinach, and cheese. I also had hashbrowns, orange juice, and a coffee. The orange juice was terrible, and the coffee was ok. This young lady in a booth next to us was talking on her phone with the speaker. Why are people so selfish and annoying? Not one person wants to hear your conversation. I think one of the waitresses said something to her because she stopped after about 10 minutes. The men's bathroom was clean and stocked.
I love the new wait system that they have. Because of course on Sunday mornings everyone's looking for a good hearty breakfast and you want to have a realistic idea of how long your wait going to be. Our waitress Karimah was phenomenal. Even with the restaurant being busy, she literally would check on us every time she would walk by and check on other tables. Anything we needed she got it right then and there. Great personality. Food was delicious as well. Management clearly has it going on at this location Great job!!!
The staff is amazing and professional. The volume of patrons makes it hard to maintain a high volume of food at a high quality. The customer service is amazing. The atmosphere suffers a bit with cleanliness issues because of the high customer count.
Great food and awesome service! Make sure you try their seasonal holiday pancakes! Perfect place for a family breakfast, lunch or dinner... although their dinner menu is amazing... can’t help but get a good old fashion hot fresh breakfast! Fast service and hot food!!!
