Amazing atmosphere and a very genuine Italian experience in the heart of the Queen City. Everything is amazing. If you're considering trying out Aria, please be sure to make a reservation! You'll thoroughly enjoy it!

I waited an hour for my main dish. I had lasagna which was dry and not enough sauce. Kind of felt like old lasagna they over heated. The appetizer was delicious! Waitress was nice and they did give me the appetizer for free since an hour wait for my food.

This place is incredible!! If you are ever in Charlotte, on vacation, for a holiday, or even a lengthy layover - don't miss this artisan Italian restaurant! Timothy is one of the most incredible people to grace the service industry - from bartending prowess to entree recommendations, this man is a brilliant tour de force. Please try everything here, drinks *chef's kiss*, appetizers a symphony for the palate, entrees are fresh, aromatic, and crafted with love.

I can’t say enough about Aria. First of all, the location is spectacular. Center city under the Bank of America tower. Secondly, they validate parking which takes the “but where do I park uptown?” stress out of the equation. Great spot to grab dinner before a show/game/any uptown function. Chef Alex never disappoints and his dishes are always fresh/seasonal. They do rotate their menu, which I love. We dined in on a recent menu change and it was phenomenal! Wine selection is out of this world. Make sure to ask Eddy what wine will pair perfectly with your meal. Service is always top notch as Pierre and Briana take great pride in guest satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation on OpenTable today. You won’t regret it.

This is more of a wine bar with accompanying food than a grill/restaurant per se, but the food offerings were well executed. A few more vegetarian choices would be nice, especially given a "no substitutions" policy that hearkens back to the Stone Age. Still, our dishes were lovely, service was good, and the ambience was elegant and comfortable. The white bean accompaniment to the table bread was a flavorful highlight.

Our party of eight enjoyed a team celebration last night and the food and service was worth celebrating. Our server, Aaron, was so kind and patient as he asked what we liked and recommended a menu match. Then after we were served, the owner came by to check on us, exceptional attention. Parking was at BofA and they validated our parking ticket. A really enjoyable evening at Aria

This is the ultimate date night spot in the heart of Queen City Center in uptown. My husband I called ahead for reservations. We got there 15 minutes early and were seated promptly. The bench where we were seated was not very comfortable so I would recommend a table with regular chairs. Our server was Matt and he provided fantastic service. We ordered the following: meatballs for appetizer, kale salad, lemon ginger fizz cocktail and a corona to start. I originally ordered the vintage Negroni but I didn’t not like that and had the lemon fizz per Matt’s recommendation. The meatballs were very delicious and fresh!! The lemon fizz is alcoholic, but not too strong with a hint of sweet. For entrees we had chicken parmigiana and the braised lamb dish. WOW! Please try these 2, they will not disappoint. Ambiance was very New York, swanky/sexy. I would recommend this place for a relaxing date night if you don’t mind spending $$$. Parking in a deck is probably best with a brisk wall to the restaurant.

We stumbled across this restaurant as we were walking around town in Charlotte. There were very accommodating even though we didn’t have reservations (it was early 5pm) We ordered Chicken Parmesan and Mussels. They bring out beans with the fresh bread which I’ve never had beans with bread before but it was a unique touch. The fresh ingredients were very obvious and it was a classy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

The classic dishes were uncomplicated and delicious. Only complaint is I wish the portion was bigger!
