My favorite salad is back. I've ordered it a couple of times already this month. This salad is seasonal - so each year I look forward to its arrival. The Strawberry Poppyseed and Chicken Salad never disappoints. It is so fresh and tasty. I love the very ripe fruit. I love the Poppyseed dressing. I would highly recommend this specific salad to everyone
I always love the food, but the service at the University City location it’s as if they don’t care…especially this morning. Ordered my food online. Got to restaurant had to wait 12 min to get an order that was said it was ready
We were having a few issues on the app and when we called in to see how I could be able to use my rewards, the manager Alex answered and covered us fully because he understood the issues behind the complications around the app. Shout out to Alex!
Ordered pepperoni Flatbread,it was not hot. Soup was warm not hot. So it was thick from sitting. Caesar salad was good. And the window attendant was nice.
Did curbside today for lunch, after I got the notification my order was ready, no one came out for a good 10-15 min afterwards. Only reason why I deducted one star. Other than that the food was awesome. Tried the new Thai chicken soup and the flavors are absolutely amazing together. Was very pleased with it.
Whoever was running the drive thru and making the food between 5-6pm on March 29, 2023 deserves a raise. Everything was correct, fresh and made correctly. The person who took my order was so polite and even offered me water while I waited. I was so impressed with the service I received today and these employees are people who deserve recognition and who you want to stick around. I unfortunately do not have their names. Order # 1359898
This Panera is just lovely. I have never actually went into one before, but I was blown away from how 5 star it looks. The staff, even at 6am, are just the nicest people I have ever met! The food is fresh, carefully prepared, and delicious! Not to mention the perks! Like the free WiFi!
The food was good, but the dining room was closed for some reason, so our large party split up. We used the drive through, others went to another restaurant.
