Superbe experience! Le dîner fut excellent! The homemade foie gras is fantastic, the tarte flambée like in Alsace! Champagne and wine perfect! The atmosphere is like in a Brasserie in Paris! So happy to have a good Brasserie with very good food in Charlotte! Longue vie à la Belle Hélène!

From start to finish, my experience at LBH was a true delight! From a spectacular meal to the ambience, wine and more, it's everything you'd hope for and more! Cannot wait to return for dinner again soon!

Brunch was great. Our server was amazing and had a ton of suggestions. We did try mostly all his suggestions and had no room for birthday cake. The berry crepes, deviled eggs, bananas foster French toast and bacon omelette were very good. Our service was what made the whole experience and I wish I got his name but he was on top of everything. Never had to wait for anything but also gave us time to eat and chat.

This place is simply amazing and so is the stuff. Everyone was so kind, friendly, & knowledgeable! We had the best time ever!🙌 The food, wow everything we ordered was so reach in flavor and so fresh! Absolutely outstanding!😋

Something different. We loved the ambiance, seating was comfortable. Little disappointed they did not offered their entire Menu since we came there for some Oysters but the Brunch Menu had a nice selection to choose from as well and made up for it quickly. We will be back for the Oysters

My first time here, and the customer service was great. I love the atmosphere - it is very Parisian inspired. The menu is great and I look forward to trying more. I would say that it’s a bit more on the side of quantity over quality. Everything was good, but when I go to a French restaurant there’s a level of taste and quality of ingredients I anticipate. I had the chicken crepe, and it was good but I think they could do less “stuff” and better quality ingredients to make it rich but not filling. It’s good and I’m happy with everything overall. But this receives 4 stars instead of 5 because it could be a much better French food experience.

Great dining experience. We’ve been to many fine restaurants and this by far has the best French onion soup I’ve ever had, even better than our $$$$ Mastro’s we love. Everything was excellent! Our waiter Edwin was not only a great waiter he gave us great information on the Charlotte area.

I stopped by here for Pride Weekend. It was too late for food so I got a drink which was really good and the atmosphere was awesome, it’s an absolutely beautiful restaurant. 4 stars because I sat at the bar for more than a few mins before I was acknowledged… it took another gentleman to walk up to me for the bartender to acknowledge I was there. Also took a while to pay for my drink after I was done.

Of course had a girls day out brunch. The inside is beautiful but the table 'mats' threw us off (its understandable but still weird lol). We were all pleasantly surprised at the portion of food. For my friends, drinks were good and strong. Food was so delicious. Perfectly cooked as well. Salad came with the quiche (still not over the size of the quiche slice) and it was fresh with an amazing simple but tasty dressing. Was hoping to try some dessert but they only served at a certain time so was kind of a bummer. More reason to visit again though!

Me and my boyfriend had a 7:00 reservation and when we got there waited about 15 minutes to be seated. The food was good and the drinks also. We ordered the supernova cocktail and it was SO good tastes like gummy bears, my boyfriend ordered the grapefruit cocktail and we both agreed that was the nastiest cocktail we have ever tried from any restaurant I’ve been too so steer clear lol. Service was good they even gave us extra dessert to go because my boyfriend got full and wanted to take his crème brûlée and they said he was unable but still gave it to him in the restaurant with two of my dessert order to go. We also ordered the jumbo shrimp cocktail and I don’t eat fish ever and I tried a piece of it, me and my bf can both agree it tasted very good, so if you eat fish make sure you get the jumbo shrimp cocktail!

My first time and it was amazing! Food, drinks, atmosphere. Highly recommend. I hear they have a great brunch on the weekends that I'm looking forward to. The staff was knowledgeable and fun. I got the Escargot, deviled eggs and steak burger. All delish in their own way.

A long overdue review for one of our favorite restaurants in Charlotte! We’ll miss our weekend brunches at La Belle Helene! Great service and delicious food! A few of our favorites: lattes, croissants, burger, bananas foster French toast and the grilled cheese/tomato soup! The ambiance is great and always could walk in and sit at the bar.
