When this place was getting started I used to go regularly. I liked their food. I stopped going about 6 years ago, and then, I stopped by in late November. The place was depressing and no one seems to be in charge. It is hard to describe how distant and cold the employees were. Totally disappointing. The food was flavorful but the ambiance and employees attitude was not welcoming. I doubt I will return.
This Jordanian restaurant serves halal food and it is 15 minutes drive from the outlet at Charlotte, NC. The appetizers (kibbeh, hummus, falafel, etc.) was perfect. We ordered a family size grill for 4 persons and it is almost enough for 6 persons. The quality of the grill was good. The rice was delicious. The atmosphere could be improved. The place is not so spacious but Ok for small family gatherings. The staff was friendly and fast.
Food was AMAZING and authentic! Loved everything! Lentil soup, tabouleh, kefta, kibbeh, chicken kabob! Will definitely return! Highly recommend!
I live in a town that doesn’t have good middle eastern food so I begged my mom to take me here when I was in town. The food was delicious and so reasonably priced. The portions are generous. For $77 (tip included)we got 3 meals but really 6 meals because of portion sizes.
Our waiter was very friendly. Definitely recommend!
Anytime I need good kebab, shawarma, falafel, hummus, etc…this is my go to!
I’ve traveled the world but there’s no better stuffed grape leaves than at Jasmine Grill. The smoked paprika they use in baba ganoush/hummus really just elevates it. The garlic sauce they serve on the side takes the dishes to the next level as well.
Portions are huge, so you’ll most likely get two meals out of one.
The best restaurant in Charlotte. Two weeks ago my father and I went in. The manager was not less than amazing. We chatted shared some stories. Unfortunately my trip was cut short, didn't get the chance to go back. Now I am back in the area on and off for few months. I'll be visiting often.. Everything is top notch. There hummus is dang near about like my mothers. Chicken kebab out of this world good.. Gotta try same lamb soon. This place will not disappoint.
I'm a huge fan of Kebab / Shawarma. I asked my wife if we could come here, even though she prefers Latino food like El Puro next door. I've been asking for months, so she said okay, if we could pick up empanadas after. Her eyes lit up when the Jasmine juice came out. She absolutely loved it, and so did I. After her chicken kebab came out, she finished everything, was too full to want empanadas anymore, and kept going on about how it was all amazing and how we needed to come back again. I'm stoked because I can come get lamb and kofta again. Thanks for the wonderful experience, and we can't wait to return.
OMG! I’m glad to find this place 😍 I didn’t expect too much but it was really taste good! And also, the lady who took care of us did amazing job. We had no idea what should we order…but she explained very well and give us idea and samples too. We enjoyed all meals! I live in 90 minutes far from here, but I would love to drive for having this meal again ❤️
* The floor is slippery….so just be careful.
I got hummus with meat and a side of falafel that was divine! The meat was well seasoned and cooked; the falafel was so light and tasty. I’m excited to go back to The Auto Pour and get food from Jasmine Grill! The staff was friendly and the food was ready timely. The ambiance was casual and the prices were very reasonable.
Lamb chops at the caliber of any fine dining restaurant. Deliciously consistent with a good variety. A place for tasty & fresh middle eastern food without the unnecessary garnishment.
