Review Wan Fu - Charlotte

As an appetizer, we got the fried dumplings that had good flavor though a little oily. The duck was very sweet, with a bit more chewy texture than expected. I liked it, but it definitely wasn't everyone's taste.

Clean restaurant with very good, and attentive service. The hot and sour soup was very good- not the best I’ve had, but will not disappoint. The pan fried pork dumplings did not do it for me. The dumpling wrapper had a strange taste that impacted my overall review of the dumpling. I would not order these again. The sweet and sour chicken was good. Overall, definitely worth a visit.

Excellent service and food! I came here for a celebration and was happy about the private room we were in. The food was family style and ordered in advance. It was super delicious and my belly left happy. We had one, great server for our entire party and he was on point, fast, and efficient. Would highly recommend this place for gatherings.

They don't deliver, had to Uber Eats it to me. Well worth it though. I ordered the spring roll, veggie soup and veg lo main. Yeah the veggie night, so yummy. Really fresh and delicious. **Make sure you ask for your sauces or you won't get them** ***recommend***

I love the atmosphere of this place as it is hard to find an authentic Asian atmosphere in the Charlotte area. That being said, this review is for take out. I had the seafood hot & sour soup, which came with one shrimp and one scallop. It is made with a white pepper seasoning and was pretty good albeit I would've liked to have a few more pieces of seafood. I also had the shrimp, chicken and pork fried rice. This was lacking flavor to me. The rice was more like lightly fried and really had no taste. I was disappointed, especially since I have eaten other dishes here and enjoyed them. They need to add some egg, scallions, and other items to really make this dish pop. just my 2 cents. I will be back again though. :-)

We went for a dinner for Thanksgiving, while most of the restaurants were closed. This was our first time visiting! It was incredible! Fantastic service and great environment! Food was ready in about 10min, I would for sure recommend everyone to have a try. We ordered a Westlake duck and pan fired seafood noodles, both of them were flavored and tasty!

The quality and selection are very good! Wait time for pick up was a little long. Three of us went to Wan Fu for dinner tonight, and all three of the meals were excellent! I loved the chicken and shrimp with pasta and brown sauce! All three dishes were wonderful! And the service was outstanding!

Excellent food! Clean inside. Good lunch prices! Spring rolls are great and so are the Dumplings. Lunch portions are fair. Would go back many times over.

Great service and piping hot food with the perfect blend of flavor and spice. Meat was cooked to perfection and veggies were not over cooked with some crunch remaining. Our first visit to Wan Fu will certainly not be our last! Highly recommended

This is the second time my husband and I had lunch here. BEST Chinese food that we have had in North Carolina! Nothing fancy, but great food with excellent service. Cost for the lunch specials is reasonable. (see pics) We will be back. 😊

My family and I have been dining at this restaurant since I was in elementary school. The food and service is amazing and has consistently been that way since our first visit. Not only that, but the owner, Uncle Eddie, has been a family friend and mentor over the years. In would recommend everybody in the Charlotte, NC area to experience what Wan Fu has to offer.

First Google review because this place goes so hard that Yelp alone can’t contain my adoration for this restaurant. Great food, great atmosphere, staff remembers us whenever we go, they’re always nice to us, and will likely be nice to you whenever you go. If you like Chinese food, there’s a large chance you’ll like Wan Fu.

Very good, flavorful food! We went here for my Grandma's birthday. We had a reservation because we had a large group. They put us in our own section, we had plenty of space, and the food didn't take too long to come out! Definitely recommend eating here.

We are regulars here and we are always greeted like we are family! ❤️ Our drinks never go unfilled and food is amazing. Staff is so tentative and friendly. The manager there is such a great guy and runs a tight ship. The best Chinese restaurant in Charlotte.

The food was so fresh...I've never had Chinese like it. The food is made with completely different recipes than the Americanized versions of Chinese food that I am used to. We bought lots of extra on Saturday, and on late Thursday night, I am still eating it (just now finishing it up), and it tastes just as good. I had fried rice with extra egg, sweet and sour chicken, crab rangoon, and shrimp fried rice.
