My partner and I visited Firebirds for the first time while in Charlotte. This place is awesome. Great food and drink, the service was exceptional. Our server Keegan was very knowledgeable about both food and drink offerings. Be sure to ask for a table in his section. Since it was around lunchtime we opted for the soup and salad combo. The portion size was ample and delicious. After our meal the manager came by and asked about the food and service, we gave two thumbs up. Well definitely be paying this place a return visit.
April 9th was my bday, and my waitress name was Valerie. She was amazing. I arrived there around 2pm by myself. She was very enthusiastic and she knew her menu. I ordered the salmon sesame crusted salmon with the mashed potatoes and grilled veggies. I also had the strawberry cheesecake. Everything was delish. Thank you for a great time. I do recommend this place for any occasions.
The Philly Cheesesreak Egg Rolls was not to my liking. All the other friends with me thought it was good. I ordered the Colorado Chicken Salad, but replaced it with the steak tenderloins. I'm guessing they waited to bring everyone else's food to have theirs hot, and my steak was cold. The Lemonade was delicious, with the sugar around the Rum, not too sour at all. My husband's Woodfire NY Strip was very well executed, he loved it! The starter bread was amazing, warm, crispy outside, soft inside, and the soft butter was perfect overall.
we here after the movie for a late dinner. The place was empty but great service. The pineapple drink was just too watery for me at 11, each not worth the price. Garnish was a slice of pineapple, and it was not worth it. We had the filet, and I got ribs. The steak was fine, and the bacon around it undercooked. The ribs were fire, no complaints here over all. Dinner was nice. the total bill was 118.00, not bad for two. If you go tell them the Review Guru Sent ya!
Very nice place to eat had sharables and they were very good. The tuna tacos are amazing 🤩 a must have!!!
This time at Firebirds I got the Prime Rib and parmesan potatoes, (the horseradish sauce is delicious!) And my wife got the salmon. We also enjoyed our mocktails as well! We made reservations & our table was ready when we arrived.
Our waitress was amazing, I wish I got her name. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice place! Went for brunch and it was delicious! The one complaint I would have is that we ordered Bloody Mary's. The waitress asked what Vodka we wanted and my wife said Tito's. There ended up being a $3 upcharge for Tito's. She never mentioned that and we didn't find out until we got the bill. I think she should have mentioned that when we asked for Tito's. We might have still got Tito's or asked for a different Vodka. Other than that, everything was outstanding!
The steak was good as always and the salad delicious, but the mashed potatoes definitely were not fresh - so disappointing.
It needed courage to use the restroom due to the smell.
I think next time we will try a different Firebirds 😞
The Firebirds at Northlake is our “go to” on Monday’s. A special thanks the Chef Matt and the entire culinary staff for providing our meal on point every time we visit the restaurant. The port mushrooms were prepared elegantly, not swimming in sauce, but perfectly coated and seasoned. Texture was perfect. I get them every time we go. Keep up the fantastic work you do!

We had an amazing time at Firebirds Northlake! My best friend/cousin treated me to dinner for my birthday. I have had the pleasure of eating at the restaurant multiple times throughout the years but this was my friend’s and family’s first experience. As expected they enjoyed it as well.
We were greeted warmly and promptly by the hostesses. The FH Manager Marvin was very courteous and hospitable. The food and cocktail were delicious, the steps of service were timely, and the service was excellent! Our server was attentive and accommodating. The ambiance was nice and the restaurant was clean.
We truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.
