Dish - Charlotte - Photo album

Floored! My first time having chicken and dumplings, it was heavy but so so delicious. My husband got the country fried steak and we both shared a slice of banana cream pie afterwards. Couldn’t recommend this place enough - the servers were so kind and lovely. Also, I loved the deviled egg and biscu
Overall super cool spot. Lots of good stuff on the menu. I rolled up with a group of 9 and the person working there put 2 tables together for us! The photo is of the meatloaf "funked up". The pie was also delicious.
This was one of the best and most creative restaurants I have eaten at in Charlotte. The Manager gave great service and the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly - it felt like a neighborhood place. I had the Frittata which was an egg custard with greens and goat cheese and beets. Most unusual. I Ev
This was our first time at Dish and the service was great! I got the biscuits & gravy with eggs and hash casserole & my wife got the breakfast bowl. The biscuits & gravy was great! And the price wasn't too bad.
After reading a few negative reviews I had to go see for myself. We had an ideal meal at the alway classic Dish! Service is friendly, food is fresh. I had the vegetarian lentil burger and husband had the country fried steak. We ate every bit! My side of collard greens was delicious! I’ll be back for
If you haven't been... You know the rest. Dish has been a part of Charlotte for many years. 20-21, I believe. Fixed attraction for the plaza midwood area, pulling in all the weirdos and business pros. Great drinks and the chefs are gonna blow your mind, food cooked to order, fresh and impressionable
Delightful! Great quality food at reasonable prices. Served beautifully by kind people. If you haven’t been here- you are missing an important part of Charlotte.
An eccentric Charlotte staple. The menu is simple but the food is good. Service is always great & the decor is just lovely. We love Dish.
1st time here. Loved the atmosphere, food & service. Fried green tomatoes with dill horseradish sauce was excellent. Pot roast was melt in ur mouth tender & came with homemade mashed potatoes. Highly recommend!!
Loved Dish in Charlotte NC. Had a really great vibe and atmosphere! They have drink specials daily and a fantastic menu. We shared the sampler plate with deviled eggs, potato puffs, fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese with ritz crackers and homemade potato chips! Everything was delicious. We also h
Met a girlfriend for a late night dinner. Best chicken friend steak in town. My meal came with TWO sides, a biscuit and a deviled egg. We both had beers and full entrees plus a dessert and the check was lest than $50! And we got to eat dinner after 10pm. Server was great! Space was charming. Can’t w
Griffin is a fantastic server!!! He made our brunch experience fun and flavourful!! Exactly what we needed after performing. Despite how neighbouring patrons may have received him. 😛😛😛 Food is fantastic and inventive but not pretentious. 10/10 💫💫💫
Had the best brunch here last weekend! We took our friends visiting from NJ here specifically because they wanted biscuits, but got so much more- gravy, carrot cake french toast, bacon/egg/cheese sandwich. The service was quick and attentive, food was hot and delicious, and the atmosphere is fun and
I can’t express how impressed I am with the revamped Dish. I think Miles is curating some of the best food in plaza Midwood. The fried green tomatoes (funked up style) were the best I’ve ever had- and I grew up in the south. The cheeseburger (yes, cheeseburger) was probably the best I’ve ever had. T
First, I want to say, I don’t like grits. Idk if it’s the texture or the taste but they just aren’t for me. I went here with a friend after seeing it on a Triple D re-run. Apparently it’s changed hands a few times since then, but they have an “originals” menu. I got the chicken fried steak. Was pret
One of the better places for brunch in Charlotte. We arrived at 10am, and it was amazing there was no line or reservations required! The place exudes a down home southern style, and is beautifully simple and unassuming. But the food here is quite the opposite, so tasty and full of flavor! I ordered
The food is delicious, the waitress was kind, and I appreciated them being open so late. The really bright, exposed light bulbs they had dangling over each table were a bit bothersome for me. My eyes are sensitive to light due to dry eyes, and none of these bulbs had covers or dimmers on them. Other
