Food was good. Liked the restaurant, hoping to come back and try some of the dinner selections. The vegetables were definitely over charred and there was a bit more cartilage in the lobster than I've had before. But the flavor was spot on.

Had dinner with a large group tonight and WOW- the food and service was outstanding. Some highlights were the beef short rib which I ordered Oscar. It comes with a butternut squash purée and It was indescribably good. Easily the best short rib I’ve ever tasted. So tender yet crispy on the outside and prepared perfectly. And with the crispy Brussels… holy cow. Amazing flavor. The seafood dip appetizer was phenomenal, as were the fried oysters, raw oysters, and calamari. We really treated ourselves. The bar has a rare top shelf bourbon selection. The service could not have been any better. I can’t say enough good things.about the food and the team at Sea Level!

We had an amazing dinner at Sea Level! You definitely should try the Hawaiian Delight cocktail currently being offered. It is very well crafted and each ingredient was properly balanced. Our plan was to try a few different options but we kept ordering Hawaiian Delights lol. The grilled swordfish was delicious and well seasoned. The staff was friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was packed. Overall, this was a five star experience and we’ll definitely visit again.

Loved our visit to Sea Level in Charlotte! I had made reservations via Resy and had to make a last minute time change and messed up the date and they still managed to make room for us even though they were packed and boy are we thankful that they did! If you follow me, you know we always start with drinks. We went with our classics the smoked old fashioned and a vodka gimlet. So as we’re sipping on our libations checking out the menu, I notice the oyster shooter the Bloody ‘Mari (Vodka, tamari, cocktail sauce and Texas Pete) and said we MUST try this and we can fully recommend you give it a go if you like oysters. Next we decided to live it up with the Cast Iron Seafood dip. This dip is a creamy goodness filled with salmon, shrimp and white fish and served with crisp chips. We may have ran our fingers over the bottom of the skillet when we reached the end. But hold up guys, the entrees were just as good. Josh went with the scallops and risotto while I had my favorite dish of crab cakes while sharing a pile of delightfully crisp Brussel sprouts. We can’t say enough good things about the flavors, quality of the food and the chef’s abilities to make a perfect dish. Highly recommend you stop in and try our menu or choose your own favorites.

Went to visit Sea Level for a date night and boy were we in for a treat! The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the salmon with the crispy brussel sprouts and my husband had the fried catfish. The salmon was fresh and well seasoned. The catfish was fresh and had the perfect crisp to it. The cornbread was also REALLY GOOD! We also ordered a pitcher of the house punch and tried the oyster shooters. I also forgot to take a picture of the clam chowder, which was thick, full of clams, and absolutely delicious. Great experience hands down! Highly recommend!

If you want oysters… come here! They’re so good. The first batch we got, they were super salty. I asked for another set that weren’t so salty and the server recommended 3, 4, and 5. I ordered them all. They were good. Our favorite was the James Rivers ones. Delicious. We came during restaurant week. They had a course menu. We tried the shrimp and grits and it was scrumptious. Poke was okay. If the banana pudding was cold it would’ve tasted better. We started off with the shrimp cocktail and seafood dip which were good. The cocktails were okay.

WOW! Everything was wonderful! Service was great, everyone was personable and our waitress told the chef how much we enjoyed our food and Eric the Head Chef came out and talked to us! The Scallops and Risotto were amazing! They are a must try! The Shrimp Po’Boy was very good. Peach Cobbler, Yum! This is one meal I’ll be talking about for a long time 🎉

Food was amazingly fresh and a good portion provided. Had the Fish house punch and regret getting two glasses and not just a pitcher because hands down one of the tastiest drinks I've ever had. My best friend had the lobster roll(hot) and said was great as well. Service was attentive, only thing I would critique is asking guests if they prefer booth or table if open booths are available.

The service, the ambience and the food were spectacular. We were a group of 6 people placed at a round table, which I absolutely love makes having group conversations way easier. Our server explained the menu to understand the difference in all the oysters. I honestly had no idea there is so much to know about oysters. The drinks were nice and the birthday dessert was delicious. We ordered a couple appetizers to share for the table. The seafood dip was my favorite followed by the grilled oysters and fried calamari. I ordered the smoked fish Cesar salad, probably the best Cesar salad I had, my friends ordered the salmon, shrimp Po boy (huge size) and the shrimp and grits. Everything was outstanding and I will definitely be back!

This place is very good. We were outside so the atmosphere was very chilled. Our host Ariel was AWESOME as well. I loved her energy. I would highly recommend this place for a nice get-together with friends or family or to host special occasions. The price is similar to a nice NY restaurant but in my opinion, not too expensive.
