Viva chicken’s food is so good. The chicken is always juicy and well seasoned. And the guy who works the register at the Elizabeth location, Dustin, is super friendly. I’m a forever customer!

Loved the food.
Service was quick
They have digitial stations to order in.
Tried ciabatta chicken sandwich and soup.
Few tables to sit and eat, and around this location there is plenty of parking available across the street.

Placed order via their website, received confirmation, arrived at stated time. Store has no record of the order (verified location was correct, date and time too). What's the point of placing an order ahead of time? Food is great but can't trust your order is received.

I have been visiting this restaurant for the last 4 months and the deliciousness of the food is consistent each and every time but it is the service that keeps me coming back. You can tell that service is a priority in their business vision because from the back of the house to the front the energy is vibrating at a high frequency! Our cashier was a one in a million - he had a smile that could soften butter, a demeanor that radiated confidence and a likability similar to Thomas Davis. To find out that his name was Sincere was no surprise - a vision of a man. I was sad to get my food to go and not be in his presence for longer.

Cute, quaint, clean establishment with friendly staff. Food cooked to order in an appropriate amount of time. Definitely have large portions for your money! My Peruvian fried rice with pulled chicken was huge. The chicken was delicious and full of flavor. The rice was mediocre at best. The green sauce served on the side was delicious, robust flavor and made the rice edible. My husband got roasted chicken with cilantro rice and yucca fries - chicken was excellent but his rice was also bland and nothing special & he didn't eat much of it. Kind of a let down for both types of rice. The fries have potential but could've been cooked a bit more so they were crispy instead of soft. But, if they're supposed to be soft instead of crispy, then they were done pretty well; we aren't fans of soft fries. 😉
Overall we agreed we would get chicken from there again but that's all.

Dora's customer service was really great and she answered any questions I had regarding my order. We had a variety of menu items. The green beans are really good! The salads and also the Tacu bowl. Service was great and the food came out fast. If you are a fan of juice try the Passion fruit! Rotisserie chicken was tender and everything was seasoned well!!
