Visiting from out of state for a conference. Saw this place had rave reviews so I decided to see what the hype was about. Huy was very kind to go over the menu and make his recommendations. We ended up getting rotisserie chicken and Limena Chopped salad. Both entrees were delicious. The chicken was juicy and the salad was not overly seasoned. 10/10 would recommend.
Very tasty, very speedy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They help with navigating the menu and get that food made quickly! I had the Inca burrito with pulled chicken, yucca fries, and a churro. So good 🤤
The food was soooo good. Fresh and hot. So good. The cashier helped us decide what to order. The place was good and the service was great!
First time here. Mersaydez was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and always smiling!!! She even asked if we would like to sample some drinks. I fell in love with the Herbal Limeade. I ordered 1/4 chicken (all white meat extra charge) with 2 sides (fruit and sweet potato fries.) The chicken was delicious!!! It was hot, tender and juicy!!! The sweet potato fries were subpar, lacked flavor, not hot and kinda stayed too long in the fryer. The fruit was ok except when I bit into several orange seeds. I'll definitely come back but order different sides.
Ordered a large order online for about 25 people (they all wanted their individual order). I called in a few days before to ensure they were able to fulfill the order without causing them hardship. The order was timely and tasted delicious! The team was incredibly happy! The GM assisted me in retrieving receipts as well. Thank you so much! This is the second time I have ordered from this location and has always been a great experience!
Came in between shifts at 3 PM. Restaurant is immaculately clean and the staff was friendly and quick. I have been coming here for years and they made the best Arroz Chaufa w/ Chicken that I ever had
The food here was very delicious! I got the rotisserie chicken with a side of plantains and arroz de chaufa. Had to wait for the chicken so it came out super fresh. It's a cute and relaxed place to grab an affordable and filling dinner.

The General Manager Demetrio and Alaska and Arvis these Kings in the Kitchen blew me away with the WOW FACTOR WELCOME TO VIVA CHICKEN BALLANTYNE. Food on point. Every time. Yummy chicken all the sides and then that cilantro rice. Mmmmmgood
Good food, good service and good people - can you ask for much more? Great place to pop in for lunch or sit down for a low key dinner date. Usually pretty fast to get orders out so worth going even in a time crunch. Always clean and comfortable inside or on the patio. A go to spot, for sure!
