Great staff.
We were looking for the best food option leaving Scarowinds at 12:30am, and they closed at 1am. We placed an online order and they had it ready at 12:45 right when we arrived.
Pizza was perfect. Wish I had a picture to share, but we were hungry and demolished it.
Placed order, they were prompted and very fast wait time was a breeze. The staff was simply amazing. Mandy and Kayla was top notch
I’ve ordered pickup from this Pizza Hut about 4-5 times and it’s been great every time. I’ve never had an issue and the employees are always super nice/chill.

I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews. The service at this Pizza Hut I've found to be the best in Charlotte, consistently. I use the app to order, and haven't had anything delivered, but I order on the app, show up in 15 or 20 minutes to pick it up and it's always ready, always hot, and the manager is running the front register. She's very friendly and everybody there is working hard. The food tastes good.
So I don't know about delivery or whatever, but I've ordered here about 10 times in the past two or three months since finding this place, I used to order from the other Pizza Hut on Pineville Matthews Rd. but it closed down a few years back and this place replaced it.
I also noticed this place had a ONE HUNDRED sanitary score the last time I was in there, that tells you the whole story there. I don't know if people just don't leave good reviews when they get good service or what, but I've found the service here to be how service used to be twenty years ago at Pizza Hut... excellent. Then it all went down hill at most places, but this place appears to have a great manager, that's what I'd chalk it up to. Great service, hot food, and it's quick, I don't know what I could possibly complain about.

Went to the Pineville location 10/7/2023 this was the best pizza I ever had from here. There is a new cook, young gentlemen, hats off to you!!!
We really like the $10 thin crust pineapple and ham/bacon over the white sauce. I'm taking one star off because I saw one of the employees come back in from a delivery and not have their mask on and another person only covering their mouth. But, they are super nice, even though it takes an extra 5 minutes sometimes, we always enjoy this one in particular, super crunchy deliciousness! Thank you for taking care of us and working hard!

The delivery driver forgot the drinks that I ordered. However he was very kind and was willing to reimburse me for the drinks out of his own tip money and I could not take that from him. He told me to call and get the credit but I would not do that either. I will order from you again because your driver was so selfless.
I enjoy this location my pizza is always hot and fresh and just right! They may be short staffed but they provided great customer service especially Zandi. Thanks guys!
