6 PC hot wing(unsauced) ended up being bloody. The supervisor stated that they are shipped to them in a bag and all they do is drop them in the fryer. There is no way for them to check and/or know if they are fully cooked or not. So, just be aware that the recommended time that they put these in the fryer may not be enough time to fully cook the chicken. The supervisor did give me my money back though.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal, was asked what kind of dipping sauce even. I was charged for this meal. I had to travel a few miles and when I got to my destination and opened the bag I had a $5.00 chicken bowl and that was it. I tried to call Charleston KFC and no one would answer. In this day and age it is uncalled for with how expensive everything is!

Spent at least 10 minutes waiting for my food. Got home and turns out they forgot my chicken and cheese for my potato bowl. Husband order chicken extra crispy and it was only original.

I went to KFC in Charleston, IL today and ordered a 6 PC wing. I bit into and instantly saw bright red blood. I then took the breading off of all of them and 5 of 6 of them were bloody. I took them back and got my money back. However, the manager did say that the hot wings are shipped to them in a pre-packaged bag and they put them in the fryer for the time corporate tells them to. So, just beware if ordering this wings.

To explain the joy of eating at KFC is to ask me to explain why children get excited for the day before Xmas. It is a wonderful experience. Friendly, sometimes tried voices speak to me. These are the sounds of the hard workers. From the drive thru. To the line, to the cook. Everyone and everything is a perfect thing. Personally my favorite Joint in town. My chicken was over cooked there was hardley any meat on any piece of chicken this was in Charlestown and not the first time this has happen there. The best KFC. I have went to is the one in. Vandalia the chicken is always cook like suppose to be. Very frisndy and helpful employees.
