Chubby's Pizza

Got the Maui pizza and cinnamon sticks. It is so delicious. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. Cinnamon sticks could have used more topping but still pretty good. Wish you guys offered icing as a dipping sauce for them. Delivery was within time promised. Food showed up to my door with a smiling driver. Overall a very happy customer. Will order this every time over any chain restaurant. Was nervous as a new Charleston resident, but you guys earned a loyal customer tonight. Perfect ending to my long day at work. Thank you very much!!!!

Pizza is great and love their breadsticks, every previous time I’ve ordered, it went smoothly. Wait time is never too long either. But tonight, service was way different. I called, was instantly put on hold, that’s fine, was on hold for 5ish minutes, then told again to continue to stay on hold, that’s fine too. Then I got hung up on. Mistakes happen. Call again, busy line. Waited and called, busy line again. After a few more times of getting a busy line, I got through, just to be put on hold. Was on hold for going on 15 minutes, before I decided enough was enough and hung up. It has never been like this before so maybe there was an emergency or something, but I don’t know. Chubby’s is my and will continue to be my go to for late night bites, and I will continue ordering from here. Giving 3 stars because I genuinely have had a great experience every time prior.

I'm not picky at all, and this was without a doubt the worst restaurant/delivery experience I have ever had. Two hours for the pizza to arrive with no updates or apologies from anyone. My husband had to call them to find out what was going on. When it finally got to me it was a plain sausage pizza instead of bacon bbq cheeseburger like I ordered. After all that the pizza was just a mediocre, greasy mess. Never again.

Ordered at 1 am, got it at 3 am. Said there was a flat tire which is okay, I just wish you would have called and told us. Like it's okay to be late and I know just as well as you guys that things in a kitchen can go crazy wrong and backup orders. All I want is a little proactiveness. If my pizza is going to be that late, and you aren't even apologetic when you deliver it, I at least want to be called and told it's going to be late.
