Hardee's

Had a dollar hamburger assembled wrong and the bottom was charcoal burnt. I took it in to complain and the employee went to a manager and I over heard...is that the burger that was made upside down? Good grief! They knew they were passing a poorly made and burnt burger out the window. See attached photo. Seriously this was totally wrong on many levels. I will never try anything ever again at a Hardee's. Even the corporate office did not acknowledge my complaint. I did however get my refund at the counter when I complained.

Avoid at all costs! One young man taking orders, finishing the cooking, then handling the window. Two other workers and a woman who took the cash drawer (manager?), but not much assistance from them. Our food took FOREVER. Then the hamburgers were lukewarm, French fries were cold, and we never did get our change! We had walked inside to place a takeout order. It was like the twilight zone. He tried to do it right and cover everything, but it was impossible. Another lady who was dining inside with her husband was frustrated because she still hadn't received her poppers. This was my first time ever stopping at a Hardes; it was also my last. Good grief what a fiasco.

Had my lunch door dasher and the fries were stale and onion rings were hard... The burgers were luke warm .... Not happy with Hardee's. Then tried to call to let them know and they answered the phone and set it on the counter... Could here them in the back ground talking playing etc. Never again Hardee's

We had a problem-free lunch here on our road trip. The food was all tasty and served as ordered, and the service was polite. The restaurant was pretty clean with plenty of seating. We sat in the front room, which has lots of natural light, a large table, and three larger comfy chairs with small side tables. We will stop here again on a future road trip since we like Hardee’s food!
