The drive thru worker, Stormy, is AMAZING!!! A national treasure!! She was so nice and helpful! My sister wanted the peppermint mocha and Stormy said the white chocolate one was her favorite! We went with it and LOVE IT!!! A new favorite of ours for sure!! She also told me where to find my favorite sprinkles after the holidays. I’m obsessed with the sparkle sprinkles and am always so sad when they’re gone. Next time I see her I’ll make sure I have extra cash for a big tip!😉 Thanks so much girl, you made our day!!

Strawberries and cream frappe’ ! I went for my birthday hoping I’d receive a free drink of my choice, but I didn’t receive an email from Starbucks nor on the APP. I was very dissatisfied with that situation alone, as well as the what seemed “untrained” baristas behind the counter. The cashier submitted the incorrect beverage…twice. And the serious lack of urgency displayed by the baristas (i was on my way to work) just threw off my whole day.
I’ll definitely not be going to that particular Starbucks in the morning anymore.

The past month I’ve ordered this drink, they just give me coffee. No shots. That’s the whole reason I order it is for the espresso shots. And they always just give me coffee. If I just wanted coffee I’d say that.
I want the espresso.
Other star bucks make it perfect. But kanawha city just can’t ?

Recently been going here at least 2 times a week and everytime, they always have a smile on their face and always makes sure you feel welcomed. Their coffees are amazing and now my favorite Starbucks to go to! I’d definitely recommend if you’re in the area!! :))

I Order 2 Carmel frapps and they were horrible. It was more foam then coffee and it wasn't blended. I will never go back to this Starbucks.
